“Great hotel”
Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, good location and great bar and live piano music in the lobby.

“Good hotel with convenient downtown location”
Location is just 200 yards from the Magnificent Mile, a block from the Michigan lake shore, and 8 minute walk from the famous Genos East pizzeria. Hotel itself is nice and cozy, with a smaller lobby than similarly priced places. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The brand new bath is good, but they mounted the toilet too tall by about 3 inches, making it uncomfortable to sit on. Parking is extremely expensive at the hotel, which adds another 16% on top of the quoted price. Directly across the street has garage parking with in and out privilege. The price is somewhat lower than the self-parking at the hotel (mostly is the tax difference) but that place takes cash only. Parking meters run 8 am to 9 pm in nearby streets including Oak Street but is $3.5 an hour.
“Perfect for shopping”
This hotel is great for the leisure traveller who is looking to shop. Every shop you could imagine is within walking distance. Also, there were some great restaurants close by. Highly recommend Bar Toma. I would recommend parking across the street rather than using the valet though if you are bringing/renting a car.

It was conveniently located to the subway (only a few blocks away) and to shopping.
“A good hotel”
Stayed for 4 days in March 2012. A very comfortable stay; internet is complimentary in the lobby (you pay for WiFi in your room). Overall very good.

“Great for a Girls Weekend”
Stayed at the Millennium Knickerbocker for a girls weekend. The hotel was fantastic, in great walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. My girlfriends and I decided that we wanted to leave the cars at home and the Knickerbocker made that possible.
“Just great”
Great hotel, staff is excellent in your needs, and very clean. Overall great and no complaints.
