“Excellent Customer Service”
The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Lobby area was very comfortable with the fireplace and a great relaxed atmosphere.
“Exactly what we had hoped for.”
We were at a New Year's Eve wedding - the kids were invited, too. The room was very comfortable and everyone got a good night's sleep. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

We attended a wedding on site and found the whole experience from check in to check out to be a pleasure. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the bed sooo much that before I left I was pulling back the sheets to find out the secret to the comfort. The linens were crisp and a higher quality than usually found in hotels. Airport security took my toothpaste and shampoo because they were over 3 ounces so I used hotel supply. Again, I was pleased with the bath and body works products. Last but not least, I noticed a walking path that I wish I had the time to stroll because the grounds were quite beautiful. I almost forgot to mention the breakfast buffet. We slept in late and thought for sure we would miss breakfast. Nope! the buffet is open til 1:00. As you can gather from this review we were very pleased with our stay and have no problem saying you would enjoy this location.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Excellent service and amenities (outdoor pool, starbucks, theater, golf, dining, bike trails, etc....something for everyone)
“Nice and comfortable but huge”
Very nice resort, we have a pleasant weekend. We enjoyed the quality and service at the Wharf restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, bed and pillows great. Maybe only one inconvenience, the hotel is so huge that you have to walk a lot, very long corridors. Good deal for the price.
“Nice hotel in the suburbs”
I stayed here due to business in the area. The hotel was designed to be a Resort Hotel, but it hosts business conferences more than anything. When I booked I requested a King size bed, but when I got to my room it had to double beds which was supposedly an upgrade. (???) I contacted the front desk and they said they could not do anything about it that evening as they were all booked up, which I found odd because the parking lot was basically empty. The next evening I got a call from the manager who moved me to King room. The only difference between the rooms was the bed and the first room had robes in the closet. The robes must have been the upgrade mentioned when I first checked in. I went to use the hot tub but when I got there someone had thrown up in it.

The room was exceedingly comfortable.
“wedding noise”
when we checked in we were told there were 2 weddings there that night. little did we know that the room we were put in was right next to the one tent where 1 wedding was being held. The noise from the wedding band was SO LOUD and we had a 2 and 4 year old with us. It was strange to us that they would put us on the side of the hotel where the tent was knowing we had 2 small children. I told the supervisor when we checked out and she said she was sorry and that was about it. Also the room was pretty small.
