“Upscale elegance with modern twist!”
Modern amenities abound inside this hotel! Decor was nice, rooms were clean and modern looking. Bathrooms had styling that I dream of having in my own home. Internet connection required a call to the host call center, but once connected, no problems... Business center was convenient and had both PCs and macs + color printing, although a little pricey... Didn't have a car, but parking looked like it may have been less convenient. Two great restaurants right outside the front door of the hotel!! I would definitely come back again on my next trip to Chicago!

I never write reviews about anything, and when I checked out of this hotel I felt like I had to write a review it was that amazing! Its clean, beautiful, and classy. I would suggest this hotel to anyone! Even though it is close to the airport the noise dosent bother you at all!
“Very good for an airport hotel.”
The hotel had a very good restaurant, and excellent fitness facilities. Service was very good, and there was a Capital Grille and a McCormick & Schmicks next door.

What a surprise for an airport hotel! This is one of the best decorated, modern, clean, and stunning hotels I've stayed in. It reminded me of being in a 5-story hotel in Tokyo (but with a double-size room!) The bathroom and shower alone were works of art!
“Modern convienience by O'Hare airport”
This hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport every 20 minutes. Hotel is modern and will appeal to those who appreciate comfort. However, the drinks are expensive, ($9.00 for a rum & coke) and room service cost almost $30 for a tuna sandwich and fruit cup! (However, there's a nice mexican restaurant hid around the side, and the Rosemount theater right next door!)

Outside of being at O'hare, and not really in Chicago (40 min ride on train to downtown) the hotel was excellent. Hotel food was very good with other food right outside the front door.
“Great Hotel - Stay Away from Smith & Wolensky”
The hotel is your basic high-end hotel near the airport - awesome room with a great bathroom - bath on one side and giant shower on the other. My only comment would be that I'll never again walk through the door of a Smith and Wolensky - the steak house on the property in front of the hotel...bad food, bad service, crazy prices...bad, bad, bad! I had the greatest meal on earth downtown at Joe's Stone Crabs for the same price I had the worst meal on earth at this place - watered down drinks, dry steak, my wife's salad would have fit in a tea cup...and the server had all the class, style and talent of a wait person at the local jail!

The hotel had everything I could have hoped for, and I was delighted with the service. The room service was prompt, the soup was still hot, and the tray was attractively presented. I had two meals in the restaurant, and was impressed with the array of food and the attentive waiters.

FABULOUS! The bed was ultimate, bath enchanting (did miss a tub) beautiful decor. Parking was expensive and inconvenient (self parked) but had a lovely stay. I wish it weren't so far from the City, traffic was bad the week-end of our stay - but the room was most comfortable. I will put this on my lists of Hotel's to visit again.
