I stayed at the hotel for 2nights & was very comfortable w/ everything! The staff was very friendly & welcoming, the hotel & room was very clean w/ nice decor. I had a suite w/ king size bed, pull-out couch, chair& ottoman,frig. etc. & I just requested a king size non-smoking!

Have stayed here many times and have never had any reason not to return. Great location, quiet, love the room layouts, consistently clean and friendly staff. Easy parking.

The Hyatt Deerfield is located in an excellent spot. Close to the airport close to Northbrook area close to highways to down town The facility is excellent great service clean rooms every thing that you would expect in business trip

The lobby and rooms are very nice and clean. Customer service was great too. My only complaint is the hallways, not a big deal but they are not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Could use a deep cleaning and renovation.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. It was clean and convenient. The fitness room was as you would expect from a Hyatt hotel. Parking is ambient. The only thing that I did not like is that the buiseness center was out of service for days and the staff did not address the problem. Otherwise it is a great choice for somebody who has a car and can commute easily.
“It was okay”
The hotel appears very nice. I like the fountain in the middle of the lobby. I was a little disappointed in the front desk with some directions and advice for the area. A well informed concierge would be a good idea there. For a suite, the room was very small. I was also disappointed that our room did not come with a breakfast buffet. Apparently, booking through expedia, I was not informed of that. The breakfast buffet was quite pricey.
