“One night stay in Chicago”
Hotel is just opened two weeks ago. It's very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very unique hotel located in walking distance from restaurants, the park, the zoo, etc. Very affordable and comfortable.

“Great new hotel”
This hotel recently opened (I think within a week of our stay) and it was a great stay. The pictures of the hotel are nice, but don't do the hotel justice. The lobby was decorated so nicely and had such a cool vibe - and you can't see any of that in the pictures. The staff there was amazing as well! Everyone was very friendly.

Staying with the Joie de Vivre norm, this hotel was quaint, unique, hip, fun, and absolutely charming. Valet parking is a bit steep, but that's not unusual within a big city.

“Enjoyable Stay”
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but very nice. We had a nice view. It is perfect if you just need a place to sleep and shower. It was clean and decorated nicely. Valet parking was available. The toiletry items provided were nice. The towels were heavenly . . . very plush and soft. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
“I would stay there again!”
The hotel is beautiful and was a pleasure to stay at, all new, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, even better than staying downtown, and we were even able to find FREE parking on the street. However, the best part about the stay was the wonderful staff. When they heard we were celebrating our anniversary, they went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable, They were also very helpful in finding fun things to do and helping us navigate the city. My only complaints, were that I wished there was a mini-fridge, and the elevator was very small. Other than that, an excellent stay all-around!
“This hotel will be hard to beat!”
From the moment we walked in I felt this would be a great experience. The hotel staff was so accomodating and friendly. Their service was prompt and effecient. The location was fabulous, with the zoo and Lake one block away. The fact that they try to help their community by being involved with a non profit just made it all the better. It would be hard to beat this hotel for any reason. I will say that the parking cost was high, but all of downtown area Chicago is high, so just factor in the in/out priveleges and convenience.
