This Homewood Suites by Hilton is one block from North Michigan Avenue, also known as the Magnificent Mile. The area brims with upscale shopping, boutiques, theaters, and restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located one block from the trolley to Navy Pier and the CTA's El train Red Line station at Grand.
This Hilton completed a property-wide renovation in February 2010. Complimentary hotel perks include a full hot breakfast buffet daily, evening manager's reception Monday through Thursday, and fitness center and indoor pool with excellent views of the city. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in all public spaces, as is high-speed Internet access in the 24-hour business center. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The hotel also offers grocery delivery service.

This all-suites downtown Chicago hotel offers 233 spacious suites, all with fully equipped kitchens with full refrigerator/freezers, two-burner stovetops, microwaves, dishwashers, and cookware.
Suites have views of Chicago and include sitting areas with pull-out sofas, combination table/work desks, and 32-inch LCD TVs.
Decor includes cherry-wood furniture, modern tones and patterns throughout, granite countertops, and architectural and botanical art prints. Bathrooms have Neutrogena toiletries.
Amenities include complimentary weekday delivery of USA Today, cable TVs with HBO, complimentary local phone calls, complimentary high-speed wired and wireless Internet access, clock radios with MP3 connections, and dual-line phones with voice mail.
Suites come with complimentary grocery-shopping service and dishwashing service. VCR and DVD players are available upon request.
The hotel completed a renovation of all guestrooms in February 2010.

“Great girls get away weekend in Chicago!”
This hotel was a great choice! Convenient to the Red Line, Magnificant Mile, restaurants, bars, shopping. Friendly hotel staff, always wished us well as we left for the day and welcomed us home when we returned. Our hotel room was very spacious and clean. We are very particular about cleanliness and this was super every day. Morning breakfast very nicely done. Better than other hotels...the staff in the dining room were professionally dressed and service minded. Real dishes, clean and well supplied food choices. I was impressed. Spacious dining room to enjoy breakfast. We will definately stay here again.
“Great value, and actually style too!”
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was perfectly situated for us, and we could walk to almost everything we needed to do. A short cab ride got us to the Field Museum, and there was lots of shopping, good restaurants and even our bank nearby. The room was comfortable, my traveling companion loved the gym at the hotel, and the staff was pretty friendly, but never intrusive. The breakfast was adequate--not super tasty, but ok. We will definitely stay there again.

“A lot of very nice extras”
We were pleasantly surprised to find that, not was there a full complementary breakfast every day, but a very pleasant buffet supper four nights a week! Just the ticket after a busy day of sightseeing.
“idéalement situé”
Hotel et personnel très agréable. Proche de plusieurs petits supermarchés,très commode. Personnel a l' écoute et de bon conseil. Métro «grand» a 20m de l' hôtel, ligne rouge très pratique. En face de l' hôtel Nordstrom, mall ouvert tous les jours de 10h a 21h et le dimanche jusq 18h(des boutiques sur 4etages). Une navette gratuite jusqu Navy pier en face de l'hotel. Le départ des croisièes Wendella a 5 mn de l'hotel, sur la chicago river,on recommande la croisière de 90mn (architecture +lac michigan). Tout peut-etre fait à pied : millenium park,le loop, john hancock observatory,water tower center,la rue des magasins «the magnificent mile».... Tout à moins de 20 mn à pied ! chambre propre, spacieuse,bien insonorisée. Bcp choix au petit déj. Recommande à 200%.
“Excellent Chicago hotel”
We loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very quiet (no street noise) and within walking distance of Michigan Ave. shops and good restaurants; full kitchen in the suite, free hot drinks available all day, better than average breakfast buffet. The only bizarre quirk in our room was that you could not open or close the bathroom door without lifting up the toilet seat because the toilet wasn't properly located. Very unaesthetic! I wouldn't stay in this particular room again, but would highly recommend the hotel.
“I would stay here again”
The hotel staff were all so pleasant and helpful with any questions. The rooms were very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was very impressive. They had something for everyone. The location of the hotel is awesome! I block to the free trolley to Navy Pier, and 1 block to the Red Line that takes a straight shot to Wrigley Field. This was a great hotel!

“Highly recommended”
An excellent choice for a downtown, shopping/sightseeing getaway. The location is near perfect (only 2 blocks from the Magnificent Mile) and halfway between the Art Institute and Old Town. The suite was clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. The free breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Both my wife and I (mid-fifties) would go back.
