“Great hotel and service”
After our first visit, my family with two young kids now always stay at this hotel when in Chicago. It is reasonably priced, especially given the better than average breakfast buffet and extra bedroom with doors that close. Staff are all friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is easy (relative to Chicago-land) to drive downtown, over to Michigan and Indiana, and up to O'Hare where we always fly into. It is walking distance to a great pizza place called Giordanos (get the stuffed pizza), Starbucks, TGI Fridays, Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, and a McDonalds with an indoor playscape. Their HDTVs have all the connections for game systems / media players (although we did not try). Free WiFi reaches all the way to the ends of the building and was fast enough for me to remote control my servers back home. The planes that fly close to the hotel are fun for kids to watch, but you may want a noisemaker or earplugs if sound bothers you.
“Midway Holiday Inn Express”
Great Beds.....great showers....a convenient place to stay if you have an early morning flight out of Midway...only issue is that it is too close to the airport and late night arriving flights can be loud...

Convenient to Midway Airport. Easy shuttle to the airport. Rooms clean. Staff good to work with. Excellent breakfast.
“stuck in chicago- but great hotel experience”
Staff was super helpful and fast. We had been delayed due to weather with 2 samll kids (6 and 2 years) it was late, kids were maxed out and we didn't have luggage. Staff was GREAT and they helped us with toiletries etc. Location was close to the airport with convenient shuttle. TGI Friday's across the parking lot, so didn't need a car to get a decent meal. Facility was SUPER CLEAN and in good repair. Staff was efficient and HELPFUL.
“Good stay”
I found it to be very convenient. The shuttle from the airport took me right there and when I needed to catch the train the shuttle took me back to the airport where I caught the train downtown. Everyone was friendly and polite and breakfast was great.

Very nice stay...commute to the city was 20 minutes on the L and rooms always nice to come back too.

“Good Choice in Chicago”
The hotel was fine, but a little pricey for my taste. I checked in late and out early so I did not sample breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was on time. The room itself was perfect.
