“very good staff”
Very well staffed, location was convenient for us. Would definately stay there again.

The location of this hotel was ideal for the purpose of our visit, which was family business. The staff was friendly and rooms were up to date and sparkling clean.

This was my second time at this hotel. It was much different than the last time. The staff was much friendlier and very accomodating. They made my trip much more pleasant than it would have been without their support. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was very efficient. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasant way to start the morning. Thank you
“Will definitely return”
Hotel exceeded my expectations for the cost. Extremely friendly staff and good facilities. Continental breakfast and hot items more than adequate for the day ahead. Swimming Pool and Gym facilities clean and in good condition. Only small drawback was no fridge in room as we travelled with 1 year old child (milk and cold storage) Wood I go back? Definitely will next time I am in Chicago.

This was a great place for our family to stay for our weekend trip. The beds were very comfortable, the free breakfasts were very good, and the staff was extremely helpful. We appreciated the free use of the business center as well. The indoor pool looked a little murky, but I only saw it from the hallway. I would definately stay here again!

I was unsure what kind of service I would receive when I got there but it was amazing to find a friendly staff a very clean hotel and room. Loved the room and I slept like a baby that night. A smile goes a long way when you have a long day a head of you so many thanks to the staff there!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in the northern Chicago area! The room was very comfortable an I slept well. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning also.
