“Hot Tub”

it was a great stay as once we got there we changed from a king suite to a hot tub suite and it was changed w out any problems at all...the front desk was very helpful and the new owners were very nice as well

“Not bad,”

Great location, right off i90. Staff was very pleasant. Pool wasn't in working order, cloudy and quite cold but most guests seen didn't fit the swimming interest anyway. Would definitely stay there in future.

I wrote to commet abt jacuzzi. More jacuzzi at rooms I really disppointment abt that.. Suite and Jacuzzi are differnence. Jacuzzi shoud put on online. read on jacuzzi...I want pick on Jacuzzi, not suite... Thank you...

“Nice comfortable hotel”

The staff did a good job--the soda machine stole my dollar, but I got it back promptly! The room was comfortable and clean, though there was a big light that shone in at night, and the blinds did not completely block it out. However, the problem was not severe. All in all, a good experience.

“Quality hotel experience”

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Chicaho Northwest-Elgin as a way to break up a trip over several states. Hotel was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly; arranged for shuttle to take us to the casino on very short notice. Breakfast in the a.m. was good. Would stay there again.

“Great location, you get what you pay for.”

Great location, rooms where clean. Nice lobby area and convenient that Bennigan's is attached to the hotel. Would stay here again because it is conveniently located near family and is very affordable. Only downside is the temperature in the room was either freezing or like a sauna...no in between...very old heating unit under the window. Also, the pool area was nice, but the water was noticeable dirty. For a quick stay, I would do it again.
