“great”
Clean, new, great customer service, excellent fitness room equipment, fresh, cleanly cooked food. No jacuzzi or pool but hey... walk one half block to all shops and restaurants, etc
“Oh, to return to the Orrington Hilton”
The decor in my room was very tasteful. Room service prompt and friendly (very tasty breakfast). The bar area is wonderfully restful and welcoming--important as I was meeting lots of people there. Worked out in the well-equipped gym. Overall, the hotel is stylish without being pretentious. Wish I could have stayed longer.
“Can't wait to stay again!”
Cannot wait to stay again!! Staff was so helpful and patient (I kept giving them the wrong number on my valet ticket) Room service is always expensive but the food was so good and portion size so nice it was well worth it. Beds were super comfy and pillows a dream. Awesome location ...would have loved to have spent time walking in the neighborhood but Loyola kept up so busy. Will be staying here every time I come to visit my daughter.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Although the bathroom was small, it was very functional: great tub with plenty of hot water. Room was large and very comfortable. Perfect visit. Will be coming back to Chicago often and am looking foreward to staying at the Hilton Orrington again. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly. A++++
“Excellent choice to be near Northwestern University”
I was in town for a special program at Northwestern University and was impressed with the excellent quality of the hotel - and value, compared to other Chicago hotels. The Hotel restaurants are good; room service is quite reasonable - but it's also so close to campus that there are some great offsite places to eat.
“A beautifully kept old girl!”
A great classic old hotel that has been kept up so that it is warm and enjoyable. A nice place to be when the cold Chicago winter is about!

Room keys didn't work properly in the first assigned room. The television remote didn't work properly in the second assigned room. Overall, however, a good stay.
