“Very nice”
The heating system was noisy so I stop it for the night, nice hotel and clean hotel, one of the best I have never seen in USA.

“Excellent place to stay on the Southwest Side”
It had all the ammenities. I especially liked the" Breakfast Buffet". Plenty of food and variety.
“Chicagos Finest”
Our stay at the Hilton was by far the best hotel stay anywhere thus far. From the initial - no hassle check in, to the same no hassle departure. We were so comfortable we almost didnt feel like leaving the room, which was spacious and clean enough for my 15 month on grand-daughter to toddle and explore. It definately felt more like home than a hotel, from the furnishings to the spacious room. All hotel staff were attentive and prompt. Kudos to Matt for making our first night check in so seamless and welcoming. We will be back to Chicago very very soon and no doubt our stay will be with the Hilton Oaklawn once again.
“Midwest Traveler”
The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The restaurant served tasty and reasonable food. The ONLY thing we could complain about was that when we checked in, the room did not have soap and we only had decaf coffee in the brewer. I know that would have been remedied if we had called the front desk but it was such a minor detail that we didn't bother.

Hotel is very clean. The beds are extra comfortable. Staff answered all of our questions. Would recommend to others, especially if you're looking for a nice to place to stay near Midway.
“The INSIDE is so much better”
The inside of the hotel was more than what I expected from just the outside view. My room was neat and clean with ample space probably bc of the cylindrical shape of the hotel (= max space). It had a vanity with a sink and also a sink area in the shower room. Clean iron and board was a huge plus, and the huge wall to wall window gave a great view of the thunder and lightening. Staff was courteous esp when the business printer was not working. Food at the hotel restaurant was not bad, had a breakfast buffet, & strong coffee. Didn't get a chance to use the gym area & the driver for the airport shuttle was unavailable, they should hire an on-call driver.

All the staff was extra friendly and helpful. the bartenders were excellent.

We enjoyed the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. The onsite lounge was very nice.
