Clean and Close to Attractions Posted 9-Apr-2015
We stayed three nights over spring break with our school aged daughters. There were many attractions and restaurants near the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, roomy, and attractive. HOWEVER, they nickel and dime you to death for amenities. I can't believe they would charge you for simple things like a refrigerator, access to the pool, or wifi. Seriously? An up charge for wifi in this day and age? Additionally, there wasn't a microwave to be found to be anywhere. So, whatever you do, don't plan on bringing any leftovers back to the room that requiring heating up.

We work hard to maintain one of the most competitive pricing for a large downtown area hotel on our products and services such as Wi-Fi and fitness center. Please allow me to inform you, there is a charge for our fitness center but the pool is free for all of our guests to enjoy and complimentary Wi-Fi can be located in our lobby and restaurants. Also, we recently completed a renovations project on more of our guestrooms with additional guestrooms planned for 2016. These new renovations brought new amenities such as in-room safes and refrigerators so we hope you will visit us again and come enjoy a newly decorated guestroom.
