“Excellent stay”

We stayed in a renovated room, on the 9th floor for 3 nights. Went to a Bears football game. Very close 30 min walk. All rooms on 9-14 floors have been renovated, be sure to obtain one on these floors. Hotel had a restaurant and pub as well as a snack shack. The snack shack was very popular, anything you want....fruit, coffee, pizza, pop, pastries, etc. The restaurant was a bit expensive and the pub is not a place you wanna eat. Poor, even for a pub.

“A great place to stay”

We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but it was nice to come back to a beautiful place and a lovely room at night. the concierges were extremely helpful in planning our stay and the employees were lots of fun to talk to. It was very easy to get to any location that you might want to go to. It's right across from the aquarium.

High priced rate due to high demand during large medical convention but worth the extra price for its convenience to subway and loop trains. Easy walking distance from Blue line traine from O"Hare. Location is ideal for main cultural sites. Service unparalleled!

At first, I thought the hotel to be a little stuffy. However, during my stay, I was really impressed with their quality of service and the grandeur of the hotel of itself! Would love to come back to stay again!

“Hilton Chicago a Must Stay or See in Chicago”

Upon check-in, I was pleasantly informed that we had received a complimentary upgrade to the Hilton Honours floor and room - we had two double beds, and two bathrooms which was quite convenient for three of us. Only thing I would hope could be improved upon is the size of the beds - would much prefer queen size to a full/double size - hard for two older adults to sleep on especially if your hubby is over 6ft 2in! Other than that, the room, ambience and hotel was gorgeous, inviting and spacious. We chilled by the fireplace in the lobby which was often empty and/or quiet. For a hotel this size and rated a 4-star, I would expect to have Wi-Fi available for free throughout the hotel or especially in the rooms for hotel guests. Not to convenient when you have to go downstairs each time you want to use the computer or your iPad, etc.

This is a classic hotel, a pleasure to stay in and and a historic gem. We have stayed there the past two summers and love it, will definitely go back.

Hotel was located in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool. Check-in staff was great and I was able to check-in earlier than 3 pm as they had some rooms ready. Concierge lady I talked to could have been friendlier.
