Nice to stay, great breakfast options, clean place. One thing that did upset me, there was only one toilet paper roll in the bathroom that suite 6 stayed in. I called the receptionist and she said she will send someone over, but no one came to drop off toilet papers. Hopefully they will improve next time.

Everything was great! No complaints with the hotel at all. There is a fire station across the street. That’s not the best for late night emergency calls. Not a deal breaker for me.

Great hotel with really helpful staff. The room was ideal and really comfortable and modern. The pool and gym were lovely, and not too busy. The only unfortunate thing you can hear sirens from the fire station, and the room we had faced it. The noise did wake me up a few times. If you need to go to sleep early or have naps I wouldn't recommend. However for us wanting easy access to the city it was a fantastic location. Great food and drink options on your doorstop and close to a subway station.

The staff did an amazing job. They're as accommodating as can be. Breakfast was ok. The elevators are being worked on. The pool was warm as bath water. Overall great stay.

This property was so nice. I stayed there on St Patrick’s Day weekend and it was 2 blocks from the river in downtown Chicago next to a lot of things. It was very easy to get to places from the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very nice and happy to give recommendations for food and places to visit. I highly recommend. The only thing I didn’t care for was there is a $100 security deposit per night. But you do get it back as soon as you check out. So not too bad

Only 1 of 3 elevators working at multiple points. Toilet was strange and was never really sure it would stop running. Did not open full breakfast area even though it was obvious there was not enough places for all the people to sit. Charged me $25 for early check in. I really enjoyed the check-in. However, upon arrival, the pool was closed so that kind of sucked. Hopefully we get to use it before we check out other than that the staff is super awesome. They had so many recommendations for the area. They also gave us complementary toothpaste. We love that. The area is also really nice and convenient.

Very average hotel. We booked a king suite and it met our expectations but definitely did not exceed. Bathroom was dated and had a weird set up. Pool was small, no hot tub, break fast was insanely packed, and elevators were under construction which made things difficult as we were on a high floor. It felt a bit like guests were packed in like sardines. On the bright side, staff was friendly and helpful and other guests were nice. Will not likely be choosing this hotel again but it was satisfactory.

Only 2 sockets worked in entire suite so unable to use desk area and no relocation possible bcs sold out. Toilet had small leak on floor. Pool hours were cut short without notice because of property having too many children instead of having age limit restrictions by time of day. Very clean and modern room!

The staff was wonderful! Especially Thomas! Our kids loved the spacious indoor pool, and the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff was extremely helpful and it was a fun place to stay. They’re great dining options very close to the hotel.

Room was not ready on time. They offer you an early check-in for an extra amount, but don’t be fooled by that because your room is not ready on time on top of that. They lock the stairs and expect you to get off and go around to another set of stairs to go to the final floor one of the elevators was broke and the wait was unreal

Good price for overnight but no parking. Was $58 to park your self overnight or $65 for valet. Very clean and updated - good location to walk to what we wanted to do. BUT fire station one block away so sleep was poor since alarms were blazing 5 times last night.

Photos were accurate. Property was very clean. There was a lot of dining options around that was within walkable distance. They don’t have parking it is over $50 a night to park your car. The free breakfast that was included was very impressive. Would stay again if I go back to the area

The hotel was beautiful and every need was anticipated. I loved the hotel. I just wish there was free or inexpensive parking. We had to park a 1/2 hour walk away for anything reasonable.

Overall it was a good experience, hotel room and common area were clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff very attentive. My only complaint is the water in the pool was extremely cold. I usually booked hotels with a pool, because after a long day I like to relax and swim. There were other guests in the pool with small children complaining about the same. Hope the hotel manager can fix the issue.

Opposite a fire and ambulance station stayed in room 323 so was noisy throughout the night. Room was nice but you have to pre-order housekeeping which was a stretch as not a budget hotel. Pre ordered and did not turn up. 3 phone calls later room serviced (use the term loosely) at 17:30. Clean towels put in room and bed made. Dirty towels left in shower no replacements of coffee etc I had to go to reception for those. Room not hoovered or cleaned. Breakfast OK not bad enough to complain. $65 dollars parking fee which I did not have a problem with as its a big city. on top of everything else though enough to not stay next time I'm afraid. Worst of 10 hotels we stayed in during our trip. Loved Chicago, good location. Staff friendly and polite would I stay here again no. Nowhere near as good as the reviews suggest.

We had a good stay. Our room was near the elevator so unfortunately, we did not get a very quiet room. Our room however, seemed very clean and I appreciated that. The hotel staff was great when we needed them. They were even able to provide us with a cork screw for a bottle of wine we purchased:) The negatives would be that it is located next to the fire station and the elevators seemed a bit scary. Otherwise, it is very nicely updated and comfortable enough

Loved that they had portable cribs. Room was very clean. It has a great location and friendly staff. The pool could use a cleaning, and mattress was too soft and kind of lumpy.
