“Great City Week-end!”

This hotel was a great choice for location and comfort. It is just 1 block off Michigan Ave. close to Watertower Place and great shopping, lots of resturants and other attractions. The room was clean, well appointed and the beds were SO COMFY! The staff were super helpful and friendly. No free breakfast though there were many options around. I would definately stay here again.

Quartinos is a must. Great Italian food. Also, Frankie's had the best pizza despie its location within a shopping mall. For burgers, wings and/or beer you don't want to miss Jake Melnicks.

“Great location and price”

Staff was very helpful, everything was just as advertised. Good price for the location, close to Michigan Ave, lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy to get everywhere. Bathroom was a bit small, especially if you had more than one person staying, but still clean and good.

“Great location”

Just came back from a stay here. We rented the king size room very spacious and clean. The hotel is at an amazing location just 1 block from the magnificent mile. Close to everything. The bellhop can hold your bags at check in or check out at no extra cost so we could continue to sitesee. Would stay here again!

“Great Hotel”

Hotel was very convenient for our family group of adults and kids form 4 to 12. It was great having the extra sofa bed as well as a mini frig. Service was always helpful and friendly.

Area recommendations

See it all! This was a trip for the kids. So, we hit the Shed, Field Museum, Navy Pier and American Girl. Didn't have time to get to Science and Industry this time.

“Great location, great service!”

We loved this hotel. It was so convenient to shopping and sight seeing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was more than what we expected! My only complaint was the television service. It was a rainy weekend and although we ventured out anyway, we were disappointed with the television programming when we came back to the room to dry out or get ready for a new adventure. There were not very many stations available and the characters speech did not match the movement of their mouths. Without a doubt this hotel more than met our expectations and we would definately go back again!! We are glad we chose this wonderful place for our "sister weekend."

Area recommendations

Chicago is a very friendly, lively city with so much to see and do. We loved seeing "The Bean", the Marilyn statue, all the shopping, the fantastic restaurants, and the architectural boat ride were just some of our favorite activities. You can not go wrong visiting this fabulous city!

“Great Location”

The hotel was in an excellent location in downtown Chicago. Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store (Trader Joe's), two blocks from the red line, and one block from Michigan Avenue. Front desk personnal very pleasant; water in lobby as well as coffee in morning. Breakfast/lunch attached to hotel - great food. Beds very comfortable including small refrig. microwave, desk.

Downtown -- for the convenience to walk to bus lines, train lines, and restaurants.
