“Great”
My boyfriend and I planned our first vacation to Chicago. The hotel was the perfect place to stay because not only was it an excellent location but it was also very nice and served breakfast. The staff of the hotel was very helpful when guiding us around the city and providing us with coupons for restaurants.
“Would return”
Great hotel. Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary newspaper, 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the kids. Fantastic location. Great price. Modern lobby and rooms. Free wi-fi. You cannot go wrong with this hotel...I would definately go back.
“great value, very pleased”
Overall great stay. Gentleman at front desk was friendly and curteous and check in was a breeze. He also gave me a listing of restaurants with in walking distance and answered all questions I had. Valet andsecurity personnel were also excellent. Location of the property was terrific, I wanted to be close to shopping and locale didn't dissapoint. Room was very clean and quiet (even though elevators were directly outside the door,) Complementary continental breakfast was quite good and area was kept organized , clean and stocked despite the rush of traffic in and out. I would reccommend and stay again. Great value for the money.

“very satisfied with room in a great location...........”
Obviously the location was perfect, one block off of Michigan Avenue right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile. The staff was very helpful and friendly and even let us check in early. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly sleepworthy and of course the view was excellent. The breakfast was very tasty and fulfilling, also with something for everyone....fresh fruit, cereal, sausage/egg biscuits and waffles. We had no complaints whatsoever about this motel and would definitely stay here again on our next trip into the big city.

This is a very good hotel. Friendly environment, very confortable bed, nice breakfest, and good rates. The best of all... it is one block from Michigan Ave.
“took a gamble and came out a winner!”
this was my first time to Chicago and I wasnt really sure of where to stay- i was very pleased with the fairfield inn and location of it! was within walking distance of "magnificent mile", even during the blizzard of 2011! =) we plan on going back there sometime and we will stay here again.

The hotel was just a few blocks from Michigan avenue, GREAT location. Staff was very friendly with an early check in, although the room wasn't available, they held our bags. Convenient and great price! The remodel looks clean and very modern.
“Great Hotel for a great bargain!”
We stayed for 2 nights at this great little hotel. It's been newly renovated with a very modern vibe. The rooms were extremely clean, with all new furnishings and bedding. The staff from the front desk to the concierge were very, very helpful and nice. The free breakfast was your usual free continental breakfast fare including waffles, donuts, boiled eggs, and fruit. The location is a minute walk to Michigan Avenue where you're right in the middle of Magnificent Mile. And head the other direction and you're to the beautiful Navy Pier in about 10 minutes. It really is a great hotel for the price and a great location.
