“Good hotel for the price”
This was a nice hotel in a convenient location. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Upon checkin, we were presnted with a welcome bag that contained a small bottle of water, fruit snacks, candy, local info, etc., which was a nice touch. My biggest complaint was that the bed was ridiculously loud-- I sat on the end to take my shoes off and it sounded like there was a gigantic woopie cusion under there. Had I tried to do anything but sleep on it, I think the whole building would know. Also, in the morning, the refridgerator began ratttling extremely loudly. I was just waking up and I thought there was some loud construction in the hallway until I realized, no, it's my fridge. Had that happened at night I would have been quite put out. Overall I was quite pleased with the place and would consider staying there again.
“Wonderful experience for 1st Chicago visit”
Extended Stay Deluxe O'Hare was a great place to stay. The room was really nice and had everything I wanted and needed. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and maps as I needed them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for any reason. The airport was close by, and we never heard the planes taking off or landing. Excellent place to stay!!!!!!!
“Suited my needs”
Chose Extended stay Motel because we needed a kitchen, laundry, free parking, as well as handicapped accessible. This Motel had all the amenities needed. Staff was friendly and fulfilled any extra requests we had. The location was easily accessible to the freeway, airport and grocery stores. We were not in Chicago for a sightseeing trip, so if you are looking for proximity to Chicago attractions, this would not necessarily fulfill your needs. If I was in need of the amenities mentioned above, I would definitely stay there again.

Inexpensive and close to the airport
“No Free Internet”
Two main complaints for this hotel. They charge for Internet, which is almost unheard of these days. Second, which is not the hotel's deal, but the delivery services available were beyond horrible. We had to receive refunds on both deliveries, because the food was horrible or un-cooked and one service did not even offer sauce with the chicken wings, so none was delivered. The plus of this hotel, was the staff were very nice and the room was exceptionally quiet.
“You get what you pay for”
The hotel was inexpensive so it's hard to complain because you get what you pay for. The A/C unit leaked all over the floor. The front desk people weren't as helpful as I would have liked. They didn't seem as competent as I would expect hotel staff to be.
“Decent value”
This hotel is a decent value and close to the airport, but nothing distinguishes it. It is a couple of blooks away from places to eat and the flight path to the airport.

Hotel is what you paid for, I wish they had a Airport Shuttle service after 10 pm.
“Not impressed”
The tub constantly ran water. The stove & microwave and food residue. The nightstand had oil rings. The comode had urine spots on the outside of it. The clerks weren't attentive to these problems.
