The property has a lot of pets on premises. They mention a light breakfast which should just say breakfast snack because they only have blueberry muffins and granola bars. They had no coffee cream or regular sugar for the 2 days that I was there. The surrounding hotels have full breakfast for the same price. Really was a disappointment.

I never stayed this hotel kind of disgusting accomidation. Jest name sakem there is a complimental breakfast, there is nothing elase during the time. They just provide some bars, black cofee without milk and few muffins. Accomidaion: Carpet is very sticky, No proper cleaning, no vesals and spoons though there is kitchen. There is sofa bed, but tha also namesake migh be 20years old beds. Need to change the stuff and required to renovate. Ovel all this facelity is 30years old, I recommand just avoid this for stay.

Very dirty and smelly hallways and in the room. My white socks were black after 2 nights stay. The shower spray was good however and tub in good condition and not dirty.

BLOOD AND VOMIT ON SOFA
When we checked in, they said they had no rooms that were clean because their cleaning staff doesn't work on weekends. Then they found us a room. We walked in and it wasn't too bad, just very outdated. We opened the pullout couch in the room with one double and one pullout sleeper sofa.... There was dried vomit and blood all over it. My husband had to sleep in the chair while I slept on the bed with my children sideways. It was disgusting. The front desk said they had no other rooms clean available and I could call corporate to complain.

They were very understanding and kind. Since the holiday held our rental for a extra day, we had to check out and wait in the lobby for 3 hours until our car rental got there. So thank you from the Hill family and we will always come to that location when we are in Lombard, ILL.

The hotel rooms had a smell, although I had non smoking rooms both rooms smelled like smoke. The TV didn’t work in one room and never got service to fix it, there where a million ants crawling around in my room. I had to wait for a while for the issue to be rectified! Then I was given a handicap room in which I didn’t ask for.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Even though it’s an extended stay place we were only there about 8 hours but I needed a cheap room for a family of six and this fit the bill perfectly. Recommend.

There are better “long stay” hotels out there
The staff and location were wonderful. But if you’re going to provide a full kitchen in the room, have cookware/dishes in the room without needing to request them!!! In my room the couch was broken and unsittable. Probably not the case for most rooms, but an unfortunate oversight. Since it’s an “extended stay” concept, the tv and bathroom sink counter could be a tad bigger.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, I was told that the room was not available. I was given a room with one queen and a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, the end of it was against a wall, meaning that the person in the queen bed would have to climb over it if they got up in the night! That would not work, so we tried to close the bed. Had to call maintenance for help. I let my guest have the queen bed, and I slept on the sofa. Will not being staying there again!!
