“Nice Hotel”
This is a great Hotel... Which we could have stay more nights... The food in the main court was great...
“We will definitely go back w/Embassy”
Everything was great, The room was bigger than what I expected, it was clean and very confy. The decoration was nice, maybe it needs a few updates here and there. The free breakfast was AWESOME... the food was great and so was the coffee! the only one down thing was the shower, when taking a shower it would take way too long for the water to go down. I will still go back, no doubt about it!

My stay st the Embassy Suites was both fun and relaxing. The room was clean, the staff was very polite and friendly.Well worth the money.Great for a long stay or just a weekend getaway.

“I'll stay at Embassy Suites every chance I get”
This place definitely makes a traveler feel at home. The open atrium has an indoor waterfall. Rooms have living area with a dining table, couch, TV, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator. The bedroom has its own TV! The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome. One complaint: The pillows were too thick! Hotel pillows are notoriously flat. Not so here. They were so plump as to be uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows.

It is well worth the money. We actually saved with the free breakfast. I loved it.
“good location for visiting chicago area”
The Embassy Suites is a well located hotel and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We stayed for two weeks so can give a good account overall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we liked the fact that the lounge and bedroom were separate areas both with a large screen television. The complementary breakfast has a huge choice so accomodates all tastes.Monday through Friday the hotel is much quieter than at weekends and is used mainly by business people.There is a huge free car park at the hotel which is only very busy at weekends. We had a rental car which is essential if travelling around the "Lake". Amenities close to the hotel are very good , including a shopping mall surrounded by numerous restaurants and a multi screen cinema. It is very easy to commute to Chicago.Our tip is to drive to Harlem on the Green Line Metro(25 minutes).Very frequent trains take just 20 minutes to reach downtown.Parking right outside the station is free on Sundays and $1 per hour up till 6p.m. on all other days.A one day fun pass can be purchased from drug stores such as Walgreen's and CVS(currently $5.75c).This enables travel on CTA trains and buses for 24 hours from first use.
“It worked out great”
We were vacationing in Chicago and didn't want to stay in the city. This hotel was easy to get to (once we were able to make it across 5 lanes of traffic) and we were very pleased with the room. We had two beds and a fold out sofa. There were plenty of plug ins for our computer and cell phones. Each of us had our own sink and mirror which was nice in the mornings. The hot breakfast was a great money saver in this expensive town. If you are a light sleeper and are going to be on the sofa bed, you might request being away from the hotel bar, as the noise was a bit of a problem for the one on the sofa. We will stay here again when we come back to the Chicago area.
