“Love the size of the rooms!”

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport if you arrive mid afternoon and miss rush hour. One of our rooms wasn't yet ready for us so a co-worker had to hang out in my room until it was which didn't take too long. Room service was prompt and the food was pretty good. We also enjoyed the hot pasta bar in the restaurant where you could choose your own pasta and toppings. Overall, it was a good experience and would stay there again.

“Great place!”

Staff was fantastic - very friendly and professional. Room was comfortable, vouchers for hot breakfast were a pleasant surprise, free printing at the business center - great place! My only complaint is that the tv channels don't offer a lot of variety and the tvs are old, so they buzz. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again!

“Some expectations left unmet....but not bad”

All was good! They decided to clean the pool the last morning we were there which we found out the hard way to my children's dismay. Also they Do Not have a pool table or a children's pool though those items are listed on expedia's site for this hotel.

The only issue would be the distance from Chicago, however the metra was about a 10 minute drive.

“Not impressed --not enough staff and dirty pool”

Dont go on January 1st. I took my kids to rnjoy the pool and it was filthy.My sheet on the bed was dirty. Not enough staff at the front desk--only one woman to check folks in and out. Waited 30 minutes to check in

“Very Clean Hotel”

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Just one problem they charge for internet usage which was not a problem 9.95 per night but we had two laptops and we were charged twice a night which is crazy it should be one charge per room.

“Nice Place”

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Rooms were very large and convenient. However, if you are paying that much for a room you should get free wireless internet. All hotels should have provide free WiFi, asking you to pay a rate for 24 hours is ridiculous when I could have stayed up the street for half the price with free wifi.

“Will book again!”

We booked a suite with 5 people staying in the room and felt very comfortable. The suite was very spacious and the staff was very helpful. We will definetley book this hotel again. The cookies were great also!

“Loved this hotel!”

Very nice hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, hotel located in great neighborhood. The gym access was great. I would definately stay here again!
