“fantastic service, hassle free trip”

i loved staying at this hotel. it was in a great location, the staff was wonderful from the moment i arrived, they did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible, everything was clean and i would definitely stay here again.

“Nice Weekend in Naperville”

Four of us went to Naperville for a wedding anniversary and enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. I wouldn't recommend their in-house breakfast--not the greatest--and for the price there are several wonderful breakfast places nearby (Butterfields is less than two minutes away). The employees were friendly, helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. Worked well for us!

“Very nice hotel”

It was a great experience. When we arrived everything was taken care of, just picked up our keys and we were off to our room. The hotel was new, the people were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great trip.

“Great Room”

The only frustration was that the pay per view TV was not working the entire weekend. So there were no in room movies available. Had planned to kick back and rent a couple of movies. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

“Kindness in Chicago”

The staff at the hotel were very kind and attentive to our needs. A breakfast was served for the Holiday (New Years) and the breakfast host toured the room making sure everyones needs were being met. The lobby has a computer area for guest to use. We were able to check return flights and print maps for touring the area. When we left we forgot some items, when we contacted the hotel they went on the search for the items. A few days later we received a call that the items were found and would be mailed to us. We would use this hotel if we were in the Naperville area of Chicago again.

“2nd visit, will be back again”

This is my second visit here, and they haven't disappointed yet. The staff is always friendly, the room is clean and tidy, the remodel of the lobby they did looks terrific, and the price is always great. I would definitely book this hotel the next time I'm in Naperville, and probably every other time afterwards.
