“Great Hotel, Price can't be beat”

My sister's a friend and I rented our room the night before online and were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I've stayed in many hotels over the years and this hotel was very nice and clean. It's in a good location. It's a very good deal for the indoor pool as well as the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

“Good for family travel”

Having elementary children was very good value and helpful staff. Had swimming pool and included breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and room clean. Also had option to take public transportation which we did one day from Ohare airport location.

“Des Plaines' hidden rest haven”

This is a very simple, basic hotel, with a nice small pool area, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff (I left my i.d. behind and they made sure I had to come to the desk) and free internet. At this price, I was glad we didn't drive right by it. Look for the Burger King across the street or you might miss driveway. I'd definitely stay on my next visit to Des Plaines.

“Good, dependable hotel”

The Des Plaines Best Western continues to be a dependable, comfortable hotel. They serve a decent continental breakfast and a number of restaurants are nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is efficient and helpful. I have stayed ther a number of times in the past and plan to stay there in the future. Overall a good value for the money.

“Will use again”

It had all the features I wanted (room coffeemaker, shuttle to the airport, relatively lower cost,etc.) I was pleased with the facility's cleanliness and warmth of the staff, and the available menus for food delivery.

“Convenient for overnite before early a.m. flight at O'Hara”

Perfect. Great Greek restaurant only 1/2 block from hotel. Pool is lap pool. Comfortable area in lobby. Personnel accomodating and friendly.
