“The perfect spot”
Perfect location. The hotel was great, close to everything we wanted. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff. We got smiles from everybody who worked there and they helped us throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple but good. Great french toast! Wish we would have stayed longer.

very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. very clean, extremely helpful staff. nice breakfast and very reasonably priced restaurant. we ended up extending our stay. will go back next time we visit Chaing Mai.
“Nice, Cheap Hotel”
Eurana Boutique Hotel was in an excellent location and cheap for a A/C room. I would recommend this hotel.
“Expensive - but great location”
This is a new hotel, so there are still some teething troubles (my shower room filled with water and took 20 minutes to drain the first time I used it, but was fine afterwards) and the staff can be a little overbearing (hanging around looking hopeful for tips etc.) but you can't beat the location, just a short 15 minute walk from the main fashion and shopping district. If this is where you stay having just arrived in Bangkok, you'll think it's amazing and cheap, but if you're coming back through Bangkok having travelled around Thailand (or Cambodia, Vietnam etc) you'll be a bit resentful of the cost, because it's not quite good enough. Just try to remember that you're getting a very nice hotel in the heart of one of Asia's great cities. The downside of this great location is that Bangkok's incredibly cheap taxis will take an eternity to get you anywhere because of the horrific traffic. So use the Skytrain whenever possible, which is within easy walking distance of the hotel. For example, to get to the touristy old city, walk to Siam Central, then take the Skytrain down to Saphan Taksin (on the National Stadium branch), and then walk to Sathorn pier underneath the Skytrain station and take one of the Chao Phraya express boats north to your chosen destination (chaophrayaexpressboat.com/en/home/). If you are leaving the hotel any time after 8am on a weekday or Saturday, it will genuinely work out faster (and always more fun).
“Charming, clean and comfortable”
Inexpensive but perfect for a peaceful place to stay with very helpful, kind staff. Good buffet breakfast to start the day. Good experience in spa although would have preferred staff not to be talking as much during our massages - perhaps they could ask if quiet is preferred. Massage was very good otherwise. Excellent location to all activities in a very walkable city or by Tuk Tuk. We loved ChangMai!
“excellent hotel for the price”
this is a lovely little hotel in the old town close to many attractions, the restaurant is very good and the staff of this hotel are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet (eat as much as you like) is also very good
“Good location but overall disappointing”
Firstly the positives, good location, close to everything you could possibly need. Breakfast had a decent selection and I'm sure everyone could find something they would eat. The negatives, room was dark probably because our view was a 4storey wall 1m away from our window! Bedroom was ok, fairly clean, but very basic! No ventilation in the bathroom was not surprised to see so much mould on the walls so although probably cleaned daily always gave the impression it was dirty. Shower curtain didn't really do its job either so if you want to go to the toilet within a few hrs of having a shower you'll need to dry your feet! Overall good if all you want is something cheap and a rest your head for a night! For those of you looking for a bit of luxury I'd look elsewhere.
“You get what you pay for!”
Constant battle with mosquitos...nice lobby. Room and surrounding floor shabby. Helpful staff member who recommended our elephant tour. Economical. nice entrance and foyer....good location....good breakfast
