The outside locks typically work good in the winter however, as you stated it was 40 below zero and it was below zero continuously for many days in a row which affected our exterior locks but were working to prevent this in the future. We also apologize for the lack of hot water in your room, we have our maintenance staff taking care of this issue and thank you for bringing it to our attention. In regard to the 200 deposit for Cheyenne residents, we simply go by the information you provide at the time of check in, if the ID says Cheyenne resident and we can't verify your residency elsewhere we must get the deposit. However, once we inspect the room at check out if everything is good, we give the deposit back. Again, we thank you for your review we always appreciate the feedback.
