I have travelled all over the world and rarely do I post a negative comment as my stats may be reflective of money paid or area . But in this case, I am in Hong Kong airport paying a higher price the convenience of a hotel that is walking distance from the arrivals. But the check in line up was slow and poorly manned., only to be followed by the condition of my room. The room was dank, my bed linens and pillows were damp, so much so that I left some papers on the bed and in the morning, the were also damp. I really expected more from the Regal and feel that the experience fell well short of any expected benchmark. Overall extremely poor value
