The rooms were both dirty. We took a clean, white towel and wiped the tub, it was filthy in BOTH rooms. The fire detector was hanging by the wires in one room. There was a hole in the wall by the door. “Non-Smoking” Room still smelled like smoke… When you go to a Hotel, it should smell and feel clean. I know a Red Roof Inn isn’t a Hilton….but come on guys.

The check-in staff person was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. My only problem was that the heat didn't work.

Got the job done as far as having a nice warm place that was clean to sleep while driving through Tennessee. I wouldnt stay longer than one night bc amentities were mehh and rooms were outdated. However I felt it was perfectly safe and acceptable for one night.

The women in the front desk has cameras, which is fine. Within 10mins of arriving into the room and trying to relax from a 11hour drive she called and asked “Why are there 2 extra people with you? Why aren’t you claiming them?” Ok you need to know but did you have to be rude. I was traveling with kids for a cheer convention, they weren’t staying with me. There was a man who after the call walked passed you room for a hour looking in to see who was inside. We had the door open because it smelled. Everytime we left an came back they watched us. When we went to check out a they refused to give us the deposit until everyone was out of the room and the man looked through the room. She watched the cameras and the man had to call her on FaceTime to prove we weren’t in the room. This set us back 45mins. I don’t understand how these people own or have the right to be open. Nasty dirty and rude people. If you leave your window open the man walks by and looks in. We couldn’t get new towels until we gave them the old ones. Just a strange experience we got the room because the other things we needed to do in the area wouldn’t require us to be in the room a lot. This was horrible

Don’t go if you like hot showers
I arrived at 11 pm with my family. No hello, no welcome. First words out of the man’s moth was “Don’t mess up my floors. I just mopped” next he seemed bothered that me and others after me were checking in late. I’m excuse me but that’s my business and aren’t you working all night? We are then told that we have to be on second floor but it’s better than sleeping with steering wheel. In order to get to second floor we had to go through pool area to a dangerous set of stairs. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom looks nothing like picture there is a wall dividing the toilet from sink. I could barely turn in this toilet area it’s so small. When we went to shower it was so cold. I called front desk who told me to wait 5-10 minutes. We did that no change. Called back no answer. Called again he said he would send someone up. No one ever came. I then showered in freezing shower when it was 38 degrees outside. My one daughter could not shower period. At breakfast, the eggs and cereal were disgusting. We left hungry. The guy who worked there bumped into my daughter and didn’t even say excuse me. My daughter apologized and nothing was said from his part. Great price and clean place but I wouldn’t come again.

I just want to provide the feedback that this hotel has a 24/7 check in policy, and when I arrived at 2 am (exhausted) the clerk at the front desk was irritated because multiple people checked in after midnight.

Ok this was a one night not planned trip decided to stay over night. We have stayed here before that's why we picked it the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable only complaint was the drug use in parking lot we moved out car so we could see it better but the ceilings in bathroom and hallways were peeling just needs to be maintained and touched up but the stay was good maybe police driving thru parking lot would help with the outside issues but overall the stay was good

The front desk lady was very nice but when we arrived after 6 the room was not ready we had to wait but while we were waiting we noticed that the fridge was leaking water really bad so they moved us to another room and that room was not ready either and I had to another 20 mins just for someone to come and clean it and make the beds, but the front desk lady was nice about everything

The hotel was located in Look-out mountain which was a very nice area. The hotel is older and needs to be updated. Could barely get in the bathroom area where toilet and shower were. The towels were a very dingy white. The floors felt sticky in areas. This hotel was not considered a cheap hotel but should have been. The staff was nice enough. If I could have visited the hotel before booking I wouldn't have.

Free breakfast is great, but the front desk person during the week SUCKED. Weekend girl was amazing and made sure we had hot coffee, and food the entire time. Week day girl, you were lucky to even get a bagel, no coffee !!! LOCATION was great, but the area around property is a little scary. Tents all in the woods, trash everywhere. Owners kids screaming and riding bikes at 6am and 10pm, no sh*TS given of paying customers. He almost hit me with his bike ! Ordered pizza one night the delivery guy had to wait for the kid to move away from my door, on his bike !

For the price, this red roof hotel is a fair hotel to go to. Parking is great and it’s next to the freeway which is great for travelers. The place did have a smell though and the shower faucet was barely attached. Overall it’s a 4 out of 5 star hotel for the price.
