“Great time in Chattanooga!”
This hotel was one of the cleanest we have stayed at! Great value for what we paid! Staff was friendly. Overall a GREAT stay! Would return again!! Close to all attractions, restaurants, and the mall! Theater less than a mile from hotel!
“Great room/Great price”
Our room was a suite with 2 doubles-clean and comfortable describes the room and the beds. I I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel for anyone who is hitting all of the Chattanooga sights;Incline, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Aquarium, Lookout Mt.
“Worth the money”
Hotel is very convenient...right off of I-75 and there are a few eateries right around the area. We stayed in a two double room...beds were very comfortable. However, the sofa bed really needs to go. It's always, of course, nice to have a room with a fridge and microwave in it, especially when you have kids. I would recommend that you try it out.
“"Will stay there again"”
Front desk was very friendly and fast. This hotel is right near the mall, movie theater and eateries. Everything was about 5 minutes from all the above. Beds were really comfortable and towels were soft. For breakfast they had sausage, french toast sticks, waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs some days, coffee, etc. Had a wonderful time!!!
“Comfortable room”
The hotel was good! The people were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the exit into the hotel was hard to see at rush hour traffic on Friday evening. I missed it and had a hard time getting back but otherwise, all was okay.

Very clean and relaxing. One of the nicest hotel we have stayed in. Every thing is keep up.

We would rate yor hotel a # 5 in all areas. We travel with our dog, we don;t leave home with out her. Not many hotel are pet friendly exspecialy the nice one. we was very please with the friendlness of all your staff. Our 3 year year old grandson traveled with us for the 1st time and he wet the bed the 2nd night, and your staff did not get upset and was so kind as to move the mattress outside to dry and replace it back in the room while we were out sightseeing, which we though was very thoughtful. The night desk cleck was very nice and complied with all our request. We wil be returning to you hotel again when in the area. we had friends that stayed at another hotel and they paided more for their room and it was really CRAPPY, so they said they would be staying with you next visit. I would rate yor hotel a 5 plus.plus.WE were very inpressed!!
“Great Hotel”
Room was clean and comfortable, larger than most others we have stayed it. We had a king size bed and a couch that pulled out to a bed. Room had fridge and microwave. The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Only compliant we have is the breakfast ends at 9:30 and by 9:00 when we got down there most everything was gone and never refilled.
“Nice rooms, bad service”
Hotel is in a great location,right next to the mall and other businesses. Was off the road enough to be quiet and surrounded by trees. Rooms were in good condition and had plenty of room. Only complaint was the staff. They are extremely unfriendly.
“Good place to stay with your pet”
This was a nice, clean hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a little off the highway which we liked for the quietness. The included breakfast was great - hot foods such as eggs and sausage, fresh-made waffles, bagels, cereals, etc. Although there was no mention of a weight limit for pets on the website, they had a note on the lobby counter stating that pets had to be 25 lbs or less. My dog is around 40 lbs but presented no problem during check-in. There was no pet odor in the room either, which was of a concern to me. The one negative in regards to pets is that, when your dog needs to go out, there are only small strips of grass along the fence. Everything around there is paved.
