“Microtell - good value for the dollar”

Very nice hotel. The neighborhood was a bit rough around the edges. The Enter sign light was out so finding the parking lot was a bit tricky at night

“Perfectly Acceptable”

It's not a resort destination, but if you need a room for the night in Chattanooga, there's nothing wrong with the MicroTel. The front desk staffer was efficient and friendly, and the room was just fine. The free breakfast was not too satisfying (3 dry cereals, muffins and bagels), but whadda want for free?! I'll stay here again next time I'm in the neighborhood.

“Good value for budget hotel”

Rooms were clean,staff was friendly,could have had more on choices on the breakfast. Over all for the price it was a good value

“WONDERFUL STAY”

Fantastic hotel, excellent value for money, friendly staff, rooms kept extremely clean, fresh towels and bed made everyday, would definately stay again!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and the attractions of the city of Chattanooga. Can't beat it for the money.

Good value however, condition of hotel could be improved on but room was okay.

Very nice desk clerks, comfortable room. A little hard to find the enterence, but was worth looking for.

A bit older Microtel, but in great condition. Away from the noisy streets on a side-street, but close to plenty restaurants and other conveniences. A nice stay!

“Well worth it for the money”

I had several (small) requests during my three day stay ie. iron & ironing board, and such. Anything I needed was provided and, may I say with a kind word and a smile usually from Ashley. Efficient isnt the word for that girl. She was so nice and made me feel welcome. The place seemed clean and it was for the most part quiet.. Plus there was always fresh decaf in the morning a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location for our needs.
