The front desk employee, Kim, was one of the nicest people. She was very helpful when we noticed the pull out sofa had a dirty mattress and she brought a new one to us. Plenty of shopping and dining options are close by.

The only positive thing I experienced was the lady at the front desk, Kim. She was sweet and super helpful. Our room had a terrible smell from the moment we walked in. I did not formally complain about this, as I already knew there were no more available rooms bc I had family that booked a room as well and was told they got the last available room. But it was like it had been lived in for a long time and cooked in daily. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes…..meaning housekeeping never put them away after cleaning. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there were pistachio shells everywhere….between the mattress and the frame and under the couch part. I’m not a complainer and typically try to not notice those type places in a hotel room. But I couldn’t help but notice these. I asked for hk to be sure to clean under the sofa the next day as it was late when I made the sofa bed. The ones on the mattress were cleaned but the floor was not. The table in the kitchenette was so wobbly my kids couldnt even sit at it to eat a snack. I was woken up during the night one night to what must have been ppl hanging out across the street….loud music and yelling, car alarms going off. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton homewood suites.

Although the hotel was very understaffed. The people at the front desk were very helpful. We had to ask for our towels the second night. No one came to straighten the room, which was ok but no one brought towels either. The lady at the front desk brought them right away when I called her

Awesome stay.
My family’s 5 day stay was amazing. Everyone was great, but Ms. Kim was amazing. We had some ladybug visitors that we saw mostly everywhere we went. She made sure we were well taken care of, and often stopped by to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely manner . The hotel was great and would definitely return.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, no housekeeping during the 3-night's stay, not even to empty trash but I guess a lot of hotels are doing this. The breakfast was okay, coffee available during the day and evening. Beds pretty comfortable, pillows not. Like the shower, need another safety bar handle. Toilet very low, no clocks except on microwave. Need to work on having heat to come on auto, instead of having on and then having to turn off. Close to shopping and restaurants but a lot of traffic, easy access to highway. Overall, would stay again.

This was the first stay of our Honeymoon and I am glad it was. Everything went very well. My wife even had an allergy issue with the bedding and the woman at the front desk (I am sorry to say I cannot remember her name) brought us up replacements right away. The breakfast in the morning was a great convenience and was well made. It got our morning going right. I would Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Chattanooga area.

Hotel lobby was nice and updated. But Hotel room floors sticky and doors. Curtains dirty and bed skirt stained. Breakfast not great and cost was too high for the quality. Found hair in bathroom that was questionable . Room smelled funny and needs to be updated. Very outdated.

I would stay here again.
Loved the location and smenities. The room furniture could use some updating. I have a back issue so the bed was uncomfortable to me but, my husband seemed to rest comfortably.

We checked in on the Feb 10 everything was good. Unfortunately my fiance got sick and vomited in the room the next morning. I called the front desk to explain to them what had happened and requested to have the room cleaned. After waiting several hours we got dressed and went on an outing. When we return to the hotel that even at 7:00 p.m. the room was half cleaned there was vomit still on the skirt of the bed and the towels were still on the floor.
