“best hotel out of 8 on our tour.”
ace hotel, lovelly swimming pool and jacuzi,very clean and homely
“Make Sure to Get an Updated Room!!”
We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida and back with our four kids (11, 8, 2, 8mos). We had an updated room on our way back, and it was like night and day!!! In the updated room the air conditioning cooled both rooms and was just more comfortable all around--the beds, furniture, pull out sofa were all far superior to the room we stayed in on the way down. Had I known what a huge difference there was, I would have demanded an updated room!! The only thing that happened was we were initially assigned to a room that hadn't been cleaned--but were quickly given a room just down the hall that was perfect. This was a great hotel for large families like ours that we will be staying in again.
“Nice Atmosphere”
Hotel was nice and staff friendly. It was far enough off the main road to give it a country feeling but very accessible to attractions. I liked the fact that it was not downtown. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which was a little early for a relaxed vacation but check out time is not until noon which was perfect. Liked the option of an indoor and an outdoor pool but really wished they had a Jacuzzi.
“Very nice and just as advertised”
We had booked two rooms; the air conditioner in my son's suite was not operating properly and he was moved immediately to another. Great breakfast and very nice rooms. Will definitely book this chain again. June 2007
“Great Weekend”
This hotel is great for a weekend get away! We visited this hotel for a simple weekend away- and it was more than we had anticipated. I was a bit worried, as I had looked into other places, and then waited to book until there were no rooms available at these places. I felt as if we were taking the left overs by booking here. I WAS WRONG! This hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. We were close to many places to dine, as well as the mall. It is not near the aquarium, or downtown, but you can be there in about 15 minutes. If you are looking for turn down service, etc.- you may need to keep looking. However, if you are looking for a roomy quiet, clean comfortable place to stay- this place is for you!

“Great hotel”
For a mother and two adult daughters passing through Chattanooga, this was a welcome respite. After a horrible experience in a different Chattanooga hotel last year,we were very pleased with the large, clean room. We each had our own bed and plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We would highly recommend it.
“A great get away”
Everything was great. One morning we were a little late for the continental breakfast and the hostess went back into the kitchen and got us anything we wanted. The kids loved both pools.
“Nice Hotel”
The hotel has 2 pools, one inside and one out side. The kids loved it. The room was great because it had two beds and a hide-away bed in the couch, enough room for everybody to sleep. Hard to find sometimes with 3 kids.
“excellent experience”
The hotel stall were extremely friendly and helpful. This was one of the better experiences I have had. When we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely stay there again
