“Luxury and nascar all rolled into one!”
Loved staying in the Ballantyne area when we went to Charlotte for the nascar race in October. The hotel is goregous, with a great view of the golf course from the terrace. There is a large strip mall complex across the street with a drug store, liqour store and all sorts or different types of restaurants. Some of the restaurants had gone out of business though (recession), but the area is beautiful, clean, and you feel very safe. We got a $30 credit for breakfast each morning with our package and it easily covered the cost of breakfast for two!
“Ikea Shopper”
It was a true luxury experience. My only concern was the continually additional costs such as morning coffee and wireless internet. The lap pool was a bonus I didn't expect. My husband and I felt pampered.

“25th anniversary a weekend to remember”
This hotel was great; I travel over 50% of the time with my job and have never had such a great experience as I did at the Ballantyne. They made our 25th anniversary a weekend to remember. The staff treated us as if we were the only guest at the hotel. They always greeted us by name, and they were always there to help with any question. The food was great and they made celebrating our 25th anniversary there special, from the menu that wished us a happy anniversary, to the fabulous chocolate cake wishing us a happy 25th anniversary
“Great hotel”
I took my two young boys here for a weekend retreat. The facility was excellent, they really liked the pool area. My only complaint would be the room service. Every time we ordered it took an hour and a half to get our food and it usually arrived cold.
“"Beautiful Charlotte Hotel"”
I arrived at the hotel and checked in went up to my room and found two double beds and requested a King size. I called the desk and went back down to give the room keys back and be re-assigned to another room. The desk attendant was more than courteous and accomodating and quickly corrected the problem with a smile. My stay was extremely pleasant, the hotel was beautiful and hotel staff very friendly. The only thing missing was the fact they did not have a shuttle to go to from the airport or down town area, but other than that a beautiful place to stay. I would definately recommend this hotel to others and would return to stay again if needed in the future.
“Very charming staff”
We were very pleased with our one night stay at the hotel on a trip back home from VA to Florida. I was travelling with my daughter and family which also conisisted of my 18month ld grandson,they put a lovely little teddy bear in the room for him, cute. The Restaurant staff were wonderful and very lovely and cheerfulu especially to the little one. The food was excellent and I only wish we could have stayed there longer.

We are from Venezuela and travel a lot. te reviews from Expedia are important for us to decide, and the ratings for this Hotel are very good. ut it was better than expected. from check in t check out you feel a team compromised in making you feel confortable. nice rooms, good restaurant, excellent overall service. I can't imagine a better Hotel on the area.
“Quiet and enjoyable”
I enjoyed this hotel immensely. They were flexible with my check-in time and their room service was quick and efficent. Their beds were heavenly!!!!
