Trade Restaurant and Bar - offers traditional southern comfort cuisine and serves 3 meals daily. The restaurant is open Monday-Friday for breakfast from 6 a.m. until 11 a.m., for lunch from 11.30 a.m. until 2 p.m., and for dinner from 5.30 p.m. until 10 p.m. It is also open on Saturday and Sunday for breakfast from 7 a.m. until 11.30 a.m., for lunch from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m., and for dinner from 5.30 p.m. until 10 p.m. The bar hours are from 3 p.m. until midnight.

The hotel offers an outdoor rooftop splash pool (seasonal) and a fitness center with two treadmills and a Universal machine. Freedom Park, three miles from the hotel, provides plenty of outdoor fun, with hiking and bicycling trails, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic shelters, and in-line skating around the lake. The Olde Sycamore Golf Club, 12 miles from the hotel, has a top-ranked 18-hole, par 72 course.

All employees that we encountered from the parking garage attendants to the front desk and room service were friendly and helpful. Fantastic customer service!

I had a great stay here in the middle of everything I needed a Lunt roller the brought me one and scissors and juice every morning loved loved lived it :) I was very comfortable traveling by myself without my husband
“Omni in the Epicenter”
The Omni was great! We had a great experience. Everything was in walking distance. The room was very quiet even with big events happening in the downtown area.

This was a great hotel in a great location. It was within walking distance to everything. I really loved the room and the view. Iwould recommend this hotel to any couple needing a get away.

Excellent stay. I think that there should be parking included in your hotel stay. You have to pay for parking in the garage next to the hotel but other than that, is a great place to stay and I will stay there again with my next trip.
“Great Service”
I reserved a King Room with pull out couch and when I checked in they told me they oversold those and only 2 double beds were available. They gave us 3 free breakfasts for me, my wife, and daughter to make up for that. Very nice buffet at The Trade restauarant in the lobby. Also, it was my daughter's 5th bday and when the bellhop heard us say that when she was unloading our bags she had a piece of cake with a glass of milk sent to our room for her. It made her day. we appreciated both of these things very much. Plus, the hotel is very convenient to restaurants in the building's main lobby and across the street at the Epicenter. Would stay again without a doubt.
“Good Charlotte Location”
Great value, I booked as a package so my price was very competitive, however it is one of the better multi-night stays I have had in some time. Downtown Charlotte is a good place to have the easy access of the Omni.

“Omni Charlotte is awesome”
Very nice downtown hotel with character in each room. Very comfy beds and I loved the variety of pillows on the bed. TV was standard and could use an upgrade to a flat screen but all other amenities were excellent. Location was superb in the heart of downtown...Hotel bar and waiting area was functional and quaint. Lots of people took advantage of these areas for hanging out with one another...
