Checkout was 11a and staff entered my room at 10:15a while I was blow drying my hair! Lovely weather with no chairs by the closed pool area - we used our desk chairs and were told not to use the chair outside the room. Staff does not address issues properly. Would not recommend.

I always stay here when I come down to NC and this one time I stayed with my family. The heat is not working so it was really cold in the room and I told the front desk and it wasn’t taking serious. The light in the bathroom was going in and out. And I had to put down a $100.00 dollar deposit and I have never had to do that before. This is my last time staying here

I rented a smoking room, so i was expecting a room, not so great. There was no stale cigarette odor at all. And the room was really very clean. We were very happy with our 2 night stay.

It's a decent hotel that is clean but the require a $60 CASH deposit even though I booked on Expedia. This always happens at hotels that allow questionable individuals to stay. The worst part is trying to check out early in the morning and having to wait for someone to go check your room to make sure you didn't punch homde in the walls or steal the TV. Nice beds and a clean room but certainly not my choice for a return stay

I honestly was not expecting much since this was a turn and burn trip. However, when we arrived, the hotel manager and a guest we having a heated verbal exchange while we try to in. Secondly, we were asked to pay our deposit in cash. Thirdly, they stated the key machine was not working and they could let us in and out. Finally, immediately after checking out they told us they were going to check the room and to wait. Once they checked the room they stated we could have our deposit back. I felt like they were racially profiling me and my family.

Somehow even in getting a non smoking room it had reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, overall just a bad experience, decent enough service but probably the worst room I had unfortunately paid for.

The website says pet friendly. But they don’t tell you is that you have to have $125 cash. $25 for the pet, one hundred dollars for the security deposit.

When I arrived, the clerk demanded a $60 cash deposit, and there was a sign in the office indicating that cash payments were not refundable. I suspected a bad situation and had to leave. I had to go to a different hotel. I will certainly not return to this hotel.

Staff were asking for my deposit and my pet fee to be in cash. $125 dollars to fork over in cash. We do not carry that much cash on us so I told them I only had a Credit Card. She took the card and entered it in to her system. But I have not gotten my $100 deposit back yet. Not sure when it will come off.

My stay was perfect. Room was great, shower was hot and clean. The shampoo and conditioner were better than a lot of other hotels I've been to. Cant really hear the neighbors, even the ones with pets. Good find.

We’ve stayed at this property several times as we have family in the area that we frequently visit. It’s nothing more than a cheap place to lay your head. We always book through expedia and it’s tied to a virtual card of mine. It has never been an issue until our most recent visit, when during check in we were granted a “one time courtesy” of using a virtual card to pay for the room. They had no issue charging my card for the room long before I arrived on the property for check in, so I’m not sure why it’s an issue for me to use whatever method of payment I please, especially if I can show you the virtual card on my phone. The breakfast options are lacking - the waffle mix was expired & the waffles tasted sour. When we brought it to their attention at checkout, they claim the mix comes every 2 weeks and is good for 3 months. Regardless of expiration dates, every now and then there will be a bad batch and refusing to believe us when we tell you it’s expired tells you everything you need to know about this place. The speed bumps in the parking lot are beyond ridiculous and will scrape your car no matter the speed or angle from which you take them. This was our final stay here, and I advise those looking for a cheap place to be weary of the Quality Inn in Concord. The photos are deceiving and the customer service is nonexistent.
