“Not Impressed of this Hotel”

I did like this hotel. It was everything old. It was clean, but old. They have old TVs. The cleaning girl enter in my room when I was sleeping.

no hot water second day, had to switch rooms middle of night.

“Hotel was...okay”

There was nothing bad about the hotel itself. It wasn't in the best area (which is partially my fault) and could have been a little cleaner (namely the shower). The bed was a bit hard, but comfortable enough and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant even though we checked in at like 11:30pm. Overall a good experience and for the price I'd stay there again.

This hotel was right next to a "gentleman's club"..didn't have a fitness center..box spring had horrible looking stains.. but it is very convenient to get to and from airport

Hotel room was in dire need of renovations.Bed spread had several burn marks,HVAC worked poorly.Would not recommend stay here to any of my friends.

“No to HoJo”

The hotel was in bad need of renovation and updating. The smell was not good and the condition was tolerable at best.

“Terrible experience”

I was only there for an hour it was dirty, noisy, the cable went out, and I didnt feel it was safe to have my 2 year old there. I left and found another hotel. Not to mention its behind a strip club. Terrible feeling when you have a baby with you and you are afraid yourself.

“Worst place to stay in Charlotte”

I was in town for a National Youth convention and I was traveling with 30 teenagers. I booked this room because everywhere else in the city was booked. We were promised a microwave and fridge in each room. Well half the rooms had them the others didn't. My room's sink was missing the hot water knob. I tried to use their wireless internet and wasn't able to; when I asked the front desk I was informed that Internet access is only available on one side of the building. This is just the beginning...the hotel is located right next door to a gentlemen's club. And there were some men calling the rooms of my teenage girls and soliciting them for business. The last day we were there the teen boys were curious and decided to see what was under the sheets they were sleeping on...well what they found was not a pretty sight. I only stayed here because I didn't have a choice. I will never stay at the Ho Jo again.

“Should condemed”

Beds were fifty, sink,tub & toilets didn't work. Call down stairs, they come and get tools and I can fix cause they can't leave desk. Roaches in room and in beds. Air broken too. Breakfast was from the thift store bread department. Milk & Juice had dirty hands all over containers. No covers on tables dirty. No one around to pick up. (i would give this food to a homeless person. This was not even a 1 star hotel stay away.

Had to switch rooms 3 times. Nothing worked in room: phone, hairdryer, tv channels etc...
