Beautiful decor in lobby and room. Front desk and parking valets especially friendly.
We took cool showers-no hot water! There were hairs on the shower floor- not ours. So cleaning was not optimal.
Stayed at this hotel for the Nicki Minaj concert. When my friend and I got to the room, there was a water bottle that had been opened and cranked, sheets were dirty, poor lighting.

Arrived to check in at 3:15 and did not get checked in until 5pm. There was a “system malfunction” then housekeeping was behind some only certain rooms were being available to be check in. One staff member, Chloe, wqs snappy and rude to several customers when complaining because other people were being check in before people that had been waiting for over an hour.
Likely to never stay here again and tell others no to either.
I was late to the eagles concert and missed my dinner reservation due to this horrible check in experience.

The staff was exceptional, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The area is walkable to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We had a wonderful experience, and would happily return.

We were there for a concert. There was a huge line at check-in. The staff had people serving sparkling grape juice and champagne with snacks. They had meatballs, spring rolls, and hot chocolate chip cookies. They handled it very well!

Very nice stay. Check-in did take a long time because Hilton systems were down, but the staff were super friendly and doing the best they could. Rooms were nice and we had a great time! Would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and a little sassy (in a good way), the lobby restaurant/bar Forchetta is fabulous, and there are a lot of great food options very close by. I'm not knocking the hotel for this because it's beyond their control, but light and early sleepers should be aware there is a loud nightclub next door that keeps the music pumping until 1am or so, at least on the weekend. But I'd stay there again regardless.

This was a great property. The only downside was that housekeeping didn't replenish coffee/tea/cups when they cleaned the room and didn't supply a bathmat on the second day after taking away the one that I hung up.

Nice staff and good valet service. Hotel restaurant was pretty good but like most restaurants in hotels was not exceptional. Good central location but like a lot of cities be cautious walking at night.

One front desk person was quite stern/rude on the phone and in person. Tile outside the elevators was so noisy with suitcases and people that it was very difficult to sleep. Make sure to get a room on the opposing side of the street, as outside noise can be very loud.

The hotel was clean and up to date. We loved the area around the hotel. Lots of choices for dining, entertainment and walking around. Only complaint is the mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. Also we were on the 15th floor and the water took a very long time to heat up.

We arrived and were told there was no reservation under our confirmation number. I showed them my email and was told that my room had been cancelled? They were able to get me a room but I was charged $60 more than was originally reserved. I went to the front desk and they were able to credit back it to my bill. The rooms seemed nice but we soon found out that nothing worked and the room wasn't clean. My daughter took a shower and there was zero drainage. There were disgusting particles floating around along with hair, etc. We had to use all of our room towels to try and mop all of the excess water that came out onto the bathroom floor. After calling maintenance/housekeeping twice, and trying to scoop up the water with our ice bucket-45 minutes later they arrived. Housekeeping brought more towels and maintenance came with a giant shop vac. The water was sucked up but then I was told he'd need to get tools to clear out the drain. He left multiple times to get multiple tools over a two hour period. The electric snake/clog opener was extremely loud. Now it was 10pm and we just needed to sleep to be ready for competition early the next morning. The tech told me that the drain should be clear enough to at least have a very quick shower. Seriously? I just paid $250 for night and not able to relax for 5 minutes after a long car ride and now no shower either! The next morning we tried to shower and water was still overflowing in the bathroom. In additon, our HVAC unit was flooding!
i suffered a medical emergency the 2nd night i was there. everyone was amazing quick thinking during the event but also afterwards. management and staff were so accomadating, kind and considerate. Thank you so much Willliam and Kim Roberts

We stayed the night to go to the Tool concert and despite being swamped with people ready to check in at 4...the staff had everyone inside and warm, and checked in pretty quickly!! Definiteoy impressed!! They were all super nice, quick and helpful!! Definitely recommend this hotel!!!❤️
