Room was clean but small. Sink was outside the toilet/shower area and was tiny. Toilet was so LOW to the ground! And shower did not drain. Breakfast was good.

Brandi at the front counter was excellent to deal with throughout it all. The cleanliness was a little lacking inside the room and in other areas in the hotel. One of our sheets had 2 burn holes in them and the room had a weird odor to it. The gym ceiling had fallen down due to a leak. The staff were all extremely friendly nonetheless!

We came here for one night to go see the Christmas lights in McAdenville. The hotel was very conveniently located for us. The room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was very good. I am gluten free so it is very important to me to have good gluten free options. They did and they were very good. Thank you so much.

This is an older hotel trying to masquerade as an up to date hotel. Our room smelled musty-it was clean but smelled old. Configuration of bathroom was really strange with sink on outside and toilet and shower together in their own room. Also tub showers are very old style and I personally think they are less safe than walk in shower. Also coffee maker in room is convenient but we had no pkgs of creamer/ sweeter etc. just the coffee pods- no attention to detail. Breakfast are was nice but seats on banquette are worn out. Food was better than some hotels and breakfast attendant kept her eye on things. Bottom line- okay for a one night stay.

I enjoyed the breakfast staff was right on top I f keeping the food refilled when it ran out. All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Definitely will stay here again!

Decent Stay
Check in was very easy, The hotel honored my request for an early check in with no hassle. I liked that the room had a small fridge and microwave. The downside is the hotel could use some renovations.The bathroom baseboards were very dusty. The towels were dingy, I didn’t use them because I always have my own when I travel. My husband and I made it work because it was just one quick night but we are definitely accustomed higher quality. Also the indoor pool was out of order. It was an ok affordable stay, Front desk clerk was very nice.

In face of adversity smile
The AC in lobby and hallways was out and it was as if we were walking into a wave of heat. Then the reserved room was not ready so I had to take a lesser room. I was however offered points for the inconvenience which was welcomed. The GM Gabe was very accommodating with points.
