Me and my family stayed only one night but it’s NOT up to the Extended Stay standards. For families and longer duration stays I don’t personally recommend it. Staff was very good and polite however we are not satisfied with hotel cleanliness standards.

Please go somewhere else!
Staff at check in was nice. When we got to the hotel, check in took several minutes due to "slow internet." As the staff was checking us in, we were informed the elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. They were willing to move us to a lower floor but at the loss of the king size bed suite we booked. They were willing to give us a room with double beds. So we took our 4th floor room instead of the downgrade. Once we got to our room, everything appeared decent. When we went to use the full kitchen, we found out there wasn't any utensils at all. Not a big deal, its whatever. As far as the bed, I've slept on a piece of plywood more comfortable than the mattress. As far as the pillows, take 2 pieces of toilet paper and lay your head on that. That pretty much is comparable to the pillow. The next morning I woke up with back pain. My wife went to take a shower to find no shampoo. She called the front desk and they said to come get it...Are you serious ? It's your job to make sure basic necessities are in the rooms. Anyway after a couple minutes they finally said they would bring it up. After 3 showers....still no shampoo. Thanks for not fulfilling your job front desk people. Breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast and it was far from it. Oatmeal, granola bars, and coffee....we ended up at McDonalds. Overall, for a one night stay and you dont have any other choices then fine stay there. If you need multiple nights, extdend your stay somewhere else!

Facility was very well maintained and customer service was above and beyond. Catherine was extremely helpful assisting us with our needs at check in and was extremely friendly going the extra mile to make us comfortable. The room smelt great and was clean. The building was extremely secure. Swipe in building and room. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Was informed only after I checked in and paid that the elevator was broken and that my room was on third floor. Not very clean. Hair in linens which were sparse, hair in bed sheets, hair in bathroom, floor in bath dirty, walls paper thin. Can hear everyone around you. Folks above me sounded like they were doing gymnastics. Disabled cars in parking lot, trash. Threatening signs everywhere about being on camera. Had to ask for a lightbulb for my room lamp. Fan in bathroom didn't work. Stingy with linens. Toilet paper felt like sand paper. Woman at check out was curt and barked at me. Asked me how my stay was in a snapping kind of way, not looking up from what she was doing. Weird. No curtains on windows, just blinds and the outside lights shine through slats. Won't stay at ESA again. Second time both negative experience.

This place was disgusting! I was on my way to GA for my brothers funeral and needed to stop after driving 14 hrs straight, to sleep for awhile. This hotel looked nice from the front desk and the staff was nice BUT I never received a key card for the hotel ir my room because the machine was down so I was unable to leave n return as I wanted or needed w out being locked out. I'm including pics of my room. I think they speak for themselves! I do expect a full/partial refund for my stay of 9hrs. Interesting...ur website isnt allowing me to add my proof of the disgusting room.

They need to do better!
The lady that helped me check in was nice and helpful but the room itself wasn’t so nice. Sheets were stained and the room smelled like smoke and made me worry that I would get charged for smoking in a non smoking room and I don’t even smoke. The bed wasn’t so comfortable either. It was like laying on a wooden board. I doubt I’d stay there again.
