Stayed here for a night and it was the worst experience. Old kitchen appliances which make lot of noise and take time. Floor was never mopped and is all greasy and dirty. Bathtub is very old and had molds. house keepers are not doing their job right. Noisy neighbors, looks like they were drunk and fighting, and we did not get the complete night sleep.

Omg the worse hotel I ever experienced in my life, smell like dog pup 😵‍💫 and I found a flea in my bed 😹😹😹😹 I should it take pictures but I didn’t.

This hotel was difficult to find after turning onto Park Road. The GPS initially took us behind the shopping center and then the little itsy bitsy sign on park road was so small and dark from the street, it can be missed if you blink your eyes, especially at night. Second issue is the hotel charges a pet fee which was not indicated on the reservation on the Expedia site nor was it communicated when I checked in. 4 days later I get a call about paying a pet fee. Not sure who was supposed to communicate this at checkin, but they dropped the ball. Finally, housekeeping needs to clean the handles in the interior rooms and doors. The door handle on the bathroom from the inside was disgusting. Not sure if it was ketchup or dried blood. They also need to clean the surface of the stove. When we turned it on, apparently something left previously started to smoke and set off the smoke detector.

Its got roaches!!
When i was checking in, i noticed a cockroach climbing up the wall. Told the young black girl and all i got was omg ew i hate bugs. The remote to tv where dead with battery acid comin out of it. Took it to service desk. Staff handed me used batteries which did work.

Good hotel but....
I bought two rooms. Check in was quick. Lots of parking. The room had a full stove, refrigerator, and everything a hotel offers. Beds were comfortable. My room and the room my daughter stayed in was clean except my daughter's room had roaches. There was even a roach in the bed. Other than the roaches in my daughter's room it was a nice stay. I would consider staying again. I stayed only for one day. Get rid of the roaches and you have a winner here.

Nice hotel, nice stay but...
We checked into two rooms. Both rooms were nice, orderly, and clean. Room had a full refrigerator, stove that actually works, and some plates and utensils. We had a nice stay but the only thing that was wrong was the presence of roaches in my daughter's room. That ruined her stay unfortunately because she found one in the bed. Other than that, the hotel was nice and quiet. I would take a chance and stay again.

I have no complaints outside of folks wanting to smoke when they weren't supposed to. This location was nearby a lot of restaurants, gas stations, movie theater, grocery stores, etc. I liked the kitchen features and full refrigerator, the ability to open the windows a little. I had to request items for the kitchen but they had everything I needed. The front desk staff was cordial and I'd return again.

Not what i expected.
Had a full kitchen no dishes. Never have i stayed in a place with a kitchen without supplies. Also it did not have a couch. It was clean. The bed squeak thought it waa gonna break. Hotel smelled nice and clean rooms are always a plus.

Disgusting place
This hotel needs a major renovation. The rooms are so outdated and not clean at all. The bathroom and floors were so dirty. Even though the room was "non-smoking", you could smell the smoke in the room. Also, there were pieces of cigarettes in the hallway and people were knocking on our door during the night. I won't go back to that hotel.

Black mold in the bathroom, they said there was "discoloration" & that it was scheduled to get fixed... but it was mold. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this property, I like it that the floors are bare, no dirty carpet to worry about. You have a full kitchen and the utensils are provided per request if needed. Clean, actually very clean. Nice fresh smelling towels. Great for traveling with your dog! Will stay again when needed.
