“Will go back soon”
Clean, excellent. Staff willing to assist and offer suggestions on sights to see and certainly shopping. The people are lovely in that area.

“Good clean place to relax”
I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of all the staff. They seemed cheerful no matter what the hour and were quick to help when the "extra mile" was requested. Nice pool and hot tub, nice grounds to walk around.
“Very helpful staff”
Very courteous and helpful desk clerks. Spent at least 15 minutes with me offering suggestions for what to see, where to eat, and drawing maps. The night clerk even printed up a short report that I needed for my business meeting. Free internet access was great.
“Nice place”
Marriott Courtyard's are consistently reliable. Comfortable room, super nice staff, excellent breakfast. Would stay again if I'm in the area.

Clean and comfortable with ready access to South Charlotte. A straightforward, economical option that delivers in all main respects.
“Good Location”
This was a good location for my stay, also close to restaurants. The room was alittle small for the price. But, we did like that the bath sink was just outside of the main bathroom. The staff was great!
“Nothing special”
The hotel was fine as far as cleanliness, upkeep, food service etc... The only problem we had was we asked for a room not near an elavator or an ice machine. We have had problems before in other hotels being very noisy in those areas. The desk clerk said the first floor room at the end of the hall would be the quietest they had. Wrong..it was by an exit door that slammed all night long. We also could hear people above us all night long. I think their insulation is not good, also the outside doors could be made to close a lot quieter.
“Comfortable and convenient”
My husband and I were very pleased with the Marriot Courtyard. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable. Not the hotel for you if you are looking for a 5 star hotel but it suited us just fine. Hotel was in the heart of the Ballantyne area, very conventient to highways. About 20 minutes from Charlotte Airport.
“Great Stay”
Staff was very nice with the exception of one man who worked nights, I asked for change for the market store when I bought something to take up to my room and he seemed to be bothered by having to sell me something. All the others (ladies) were awsome! The room gas clean and comfortable.
