“Clean Hotel”

We stayed 2 nights at the comfort suites hotel and thought it was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our free breakfast both days. The only complaint I have with it would be, we had an adjoining room door in our room and in the morning I could hear the other people quite a bit, talking and zipping suitcases. Other than that it was very nice.

“Clean and comfortable”

Passing through the Charlotte are for a home purchase, I chose this hotel due to the central location to the Northern & Southern suburbs of Charlotte, there was a nice mall close by, but immediately surrounding the hotel was a little quiet. The hotel was basic, but staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room was a small suite so it was nice to have a separate sitting area & Kitchenette.

“Great place for the money”

Stayed here for the Charlotte race. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Although the free breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m.for allyou late risers! They should at least do 11:00 a.m. like most places!

“All around good hotel”

Hotel was a little far from Charlotte airport, but it was nice because you didn't have to hear planes going over and deal with airport traffic every morning. Rooms were clean, and staff was very friendly. Mon through Wed they had a "Guest Reception" in the lobby, with complimentary food and wine/beer/soda. Wireless internet is only available in the lobby, you have to plug into the network in rooms. Overall it was a great place to stay for the price.

“Good deal”

I came to Charlotte for one night for an interview. This Hotel is a great price and very clean. It was easy to find, and the staff was very pleasent.

“NICE STAY”

OVERALL QUALITY WAS GOOD. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST SERVED. ROOM CLEANESS WAS AVERAGE, LIGHT FIXTURES ABOVE SINK NOT CLEAN. ROOM LIGHTING VERY POOR. BETTER LIGHTING ABOVE SINK AREA NEEDED.
