This hotel is good value for money. If you don't like traffic noise I suggest you ask for a room on the opposite side from the highway. A huge thankyou to Monique for moving us after the first night. The breakfast (included) is a nice feature. It would be more environmentally friendly to offer washable silverware and plates rather than plastic and paper ones.

Typical /average/ok/ OLD- Needs renovated or rebranded as a Motel 6. Maintenance/repairs are sub/par but facility was clean and personnel were friendly and efficient. NOT surprised or dissatisfied with facility condition given the room cost, but would probably upgrade $20 to a more modern place next time in the area.

The staff knew we had kids and asked where the pool was they told us and let us check in change and head to a pool that was freezing cause the heater was broken…. We booked there because of the indoor pool!!!

Overall good value for your money. Could have used some newer pillows. Only negative experience was that the plumbing clogged up at 1:30 in the AM and had to use the facilities 3 floors down.

The persons working at the front desk need to learn to speak people properly because I wasn’t pleased at all with who I spoke with concerning information about the place she was very witty and I didn’t like it at all. However aside from that the ambiance was great 👍 I would definitely recommend people staying there just train your front of the house staff or get new ones.

We needed a hotel in a pinch and this one was solid. We especially appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport as well as the continental breakfast which was pretty good. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Upon checking in the staff was friendly didn’t get a chance to have breakfast there, but the breakfast look good however, upon checking out, we noticed we left behind a watch call the hotel to see if anybody had turned the watch in so just make sure you have all items before checking out because you wanna get them back in the staff that answer the phone did not seem too interested in helping

I was happy with the size of the Suite and that I was able to book a room last minute. there was a long line at check in for what ever reason. Amber was nice. The pull out couch mattress had a stain. The room phone didn't work, I had to go to the front deck and they gave me a mattress cover, with sheets and a pillow. Other than that, the dead bolt did not work in room 202. So I was left with only the latch for the door. I ordered food and called the from desk from my phone to see if they could call me once the food arrived the gentleman on staff said no andI had to track them my self. Again my room phone did NOT work. The shuttle was a nice offer. There is only one, so for the place to be 7 mins away, they only offer every hour on the hour for departing flights. We had to catch the 5am one and missed breakfast that starts at 6am.

The experience was ok but as a traveller it’s difficult to communicate to the hotel for a shuttle. For information to aid travellers the shuttle runs on the hour from the hotel back to the airport. That aside the room was spacious but tired looking. Bed was very comfortable.

When I made reservations back in September it stayed it had a hot tub - no hot tub Expedia really needs to check this out we’re going 7-10 where properties say they have a hot tub and you arrive at property they have never had a hot tub

Area surrounding hotel was horrible, entrance to hotel was filthy, firm and grim and horrible smell entering hotel. Room itself was nice. Breakfast area was clean, bread was stale, employee cleaning tables was spraying cleanser on tables and must from cleanser got on food both mornings.

Chose this place after my connecting flight got cancelled out of CLT. Chose it specifically because their online website said free airport shuttle. Arrived in CLT, called the hotel and was told the shuttle stopped running for the night. It was 10pm on a Friday night. Rest of the overnight stay was fine but if you’re depending on the shuttle be sure you check its hours before booking
