Charlotte Marriott City Center is, as its name suggests, in the heart of Charlotte, and just seven miles from the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport.

“Very convenient & comfortable”

“Great bed!”
Lovely hotel, courteous and helpful staff, LOVED our bed! Only complaint I have is unless you are familiar with downtown Charlotte, you will drive right past the hotel. It isn't identified very well. We did experience "night life" noise from a club nearby and we were on the 14th floor. Maybe a white noise machine would have helped! Overall, great place to stay.

very nice staff, great location and good size room. only problem - pay internet, pay parking and it would have been nice to have a small breakfast of some type.

charlotte marriott city center makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. the staff is very friendly and courtious. my wife and i were here for 3 days and never once felt like we were in a hotel. a wonderful experience.

The hotel staff were very professional and extremely helpful when necessary. The dining was 1st rate and the restaurants (i went to 2 in the hotel) employed very courteous staff.

“In a great location”
We stayed at this hotel to see the Panthers/Bears game. You can't beat the location, close to the stadium and bars/resturants. The only complaint is that the walls are thin and we could hear the alarm clock go off next door.
“A haven after a night on airport chairs”
We arrived mid morning after missed fights and our first night in the hotel. We were immediately allocated our room and told breakfast was still being served, what a relief. It is well worth booking breakfast with this hotel, the staff were attentive, the buffet varied with the option to order from a menu or have omlettes or pancakes freshly made. The french toast was delicious! Our room was clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable especially after airport chairs. We had a takeaway from Champions Sports Bar and Restaurant which was a great experience for first time Brits in the USA. The location is in the centre of Charlotte which was perfect for us visiting our son at work. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be using it again when visiting our son.

“quiet and comfortable”
I was there during January. The staff were eager to help without being "in your face" all the time. Everything was clean and neat. Nights were quiet. The hotel restaurants were better than any other restaurants I tried in the area. The exercise equipment is top notch. Within walking distance of everything I required during my time at the convention. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates a comfortable and clean place to stay.
