“Suprise in NC”

Me and my fiancee booked this room a few days before our trip to NC for a Bob Dylan concert at UNCC. The hotel was at a great location and the staff was very friendly! I'd recommend this hotel for anybody who needs a hotel in the UNCC area! Biggest Pro: 18+ Check-In(I'm only 20 and it was very hard to find a hotel that would allow us to check in under 21) Biggest Con: The free wireless left alot to be desired :/

“Can't wait to go back”

Wonderful hotel!!! Very very wonderful staff. Went her for my fiancé's and my anniversary and the staff helped me by putting the rose pettels that I bought, and they came in the room while my fiancé and I went out to eat, they put the pettels in 3 hearts on the bed and spelled out "I Love You!" on the floor. Everything was absolutely perfect. My fiancé and I had a great anniversary!!! I would like to say thank you for allowing us to stay there!!

“Perfect Hotel for what we needed”

We were just there for one night to visit UNCC. All we needed was a clean hotel that was close to the university. This one was perfect. The price was really good. Room descriptions were very vague. We weren't sure if the room was for 2 or more people. We had 3, but they offered us a roll away bed for our 3rd person for free. Staff was very nice and responsive.

“If you can find it, it's a good place to stay.”

The Hotel itself was fine and service was good. The problem is that the hotel is located inside a business developement park. It is not visible from the busy street with a 55 mph speed limit. There is NO SIGN on the street indicating that the hotel is located inside the business park. There is NO STREET SIGN identifying the name of the entrance into the industrial park. Google's map put the hotel on the wrong side of the street and at an intersection some distance away (This is not the hotel's fault, of course.) It took multiple calls to the night clerk before I found the entrance to the industrial park by looking for a small sign in the median of the highway indicating "VA Clinic". I was not amused.

“Great Room, Lousy Bed”

Great service and excellent room. Only problem, bed was terrible. Would recommend and plan on staying again when in Charlotte area.

Bed was uncomfortable. Room was noisy due to heat/air unit. Staff was friendly, but no room service.
