“Great place to stay.”

Easy to check in and desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Room was super and very clean. All things you needed were there. One of the best stays of all my travels.

“Friendly,capable staff.”

I arrived very early in the day, 10:30AM. Front desk staff took my carryon into their office and said they would get me the first available room that met my criteria. I went out and walked around the area - nothing to do, only bad thing about the hotel location - and then went back to the hotel and into the dining room for brunch at noon time. Excellent brunch at a very reasonable price! I checked in at the desk and they said they had been looking for me, as there was a room available. I collected my carryon and went up to the room. It was next to the elevator, and I was afraid that since I had a 4AM wakeup call and had to catch the first van to the airport at 4:40am, that I might not be able to sleep if there were alot of people getting in and out of the elevator. I went back down to the desk, and the staff was very understanding of my concerns and changed me to another room, that was just perfect. I have told other travelers on my experience and actually, I rode down in the elevator with an executive of Radisson and told her of my pleasure with the hotel and staff.

“Great Hotel, but”

I realize it's in SC and not FL, but it was a rude awakening to smell cigarette smoke everywhere. I realize it's not the hotel's fault that they have to allow smoking, but they would do better for all their guests if they made more of an effort to keep it in certain areas. People were smoking in the elevator, right by the doors, in the hallways, etc. It was very unpleasant, and as I had recently had eye surgery, very unhealthy. Other than that, the facilities and the staff were great. I saw signs about the smoking issue being on the ballot. Hopefully SC will soon be like FL...smoke free!

“Good Hotel, not so good location”

It was late when I arrived at the hotel. When I got off the interstate I took a wrong turn and I suddenly realized I was not in a location that I would feel comfortable in. The hotel was very nice and I felt much better once I got in the hotel.

The pool and hot tub were perfect. I didn't use the exercise room but I don't exercise at home either. I loved the sleep number bed. Had the best night's sleep. The people were extremely friendly and made our stay most enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. The employees were very nice and were helpful in giving me ideas of what to see and do while in town. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Their pool and fitness center were also kept well. I would definately reccomend this hotel to friends and family.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and the menu extensive.
