“Wonderful hotel”

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with HUGE rooms. We stayed in a King Room, although oddly there was no tub, but the giant shower made up for it. The beds and bedding are super comfortable and the giant TV was viewable from any part of the room. It is about a 10 minute or so drive into downtown Charleston and about a 5 minute drive to the outlets. We would definitely stay there again should we be back in Charleston!

“Great boutique hotel!”

This Hyatt Place hotel featured well-designed, spacious King rooms that contained large sectional sofas, essentially functioning as a mini suite. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and I especially enjoyed the large pivoting flat-screen TV. The glass enclosed shower with the large shower head provided a delightful experience. Location of the vanity outside the shower/toilet room and the large closet were a plus. The continental breakfast featuring eggs and sausage was an unexpected pleasure. The staff was very courteous and provided excellent service. It couldn't have been happier with my stay. If this hotel is representative of other Hyatt Place hotels, they will certainly be my hotel of choice on future trips.

“Very Good”

This is a really nice, new and modern hotel. Room was excellent and quiet. The free breakfast was the only thing that could have been better (powder eggs etc...) but there is an IHOP and Cracker Barrel 30 seconds away. Very easy to get on and off the freeway and about 15 minutes from downtown. The surrounding neighborhood is not nice but it was not a problem. I would stay here again without question. Well worth the price!

“Great Hotel”

This hotel was great, comfortable, clean, and modern looking. It did not look outdated whatsoever and I enjoyed my stay very much. The complimentary breakfast was good they offer fruits, yogurts, cereal, and beverages like coffee, milk, orange juice, and apple juice. But they can prepare you a hearthy breakfast if you want from the menu and prices for it was fair. The best part for me was the convenience of having starbucks in the front desk because I love my coffee. Even all the ammenities were great and clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location wise the hotel is near shopping spots, eatery, and for everyday essentials walmart.

“Great service --bad location due to construction on Interstate”

Great experience and the staff could not have been more attentive to any request. Down side is the traffic in that area is horible due to construction on I-26.

“Long Weekend”

Chose this hotel for a long weekend with the wife to visit Charleston. This hotel has an excellent staff they were very helpful and provided good information on local attractions and how to get there. The Hotel was very nice and clean we would stay here again.

“Hyatt Place N Charleston”

The hotel stay was excellent and the Front Desk staff was friendly. The breakfast staff was a bit on the rude side not attending to all the patrons. Overall this was a great place for my family of 4 to stay.
