“Easy access to everything!!”

After a GREAT breakfast @ The Hampton we drove to the new park underneath the new bridge. We walked and then enjoyed the day in Charleston, the beach, a tea plantation or whatever we wanted to do. It was very close to everything in the area. We went every evening to the park under the bride to swing in the swings and watch the sunset. GREAT place to stay.

The Hotel was newly renovated and looked brand new. We were very satisfied.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of our room. It was very neat and clean. Comfortable king size bed, good customer service, close to everything with a fair price for our stay. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in Charleston for an overnight stay.

“Great place to stay”

This is a great hotel. We were really pleased with everything. The room was beautiful and very clean. The towels, washcloths, etc. were completely restocked every single day. The complementary breakfast was wonderful. Nice and quiet, and we felt very safe. This was our first trip to Charleston, and this hotel was so convenient. It's away from all the hustle and bustle of Charleston, but you can be in historic downtown in 2 minutes. It's also very close to all the sights and beaches. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

“Excellent place for an excellent price all near the tour spots.”

Excellent hotel. We walked to the USS Yorktown and Ft Sumter tour from the hotel. It was about a mile but there were sidewalks from the hotel to the tour location. The staff and hotel were great! Clean rooms and staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable.

This is a great hotel. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. We will definitely use them again. It is in a great location and is easy to get to just about everything in the area.

“Nice and handy”

Hotel was very well placed for restaurants and shopping..quite close proximity. Williamsburg settlement easy to reach. hotel staff ver friendly and accommodating. gym small but adequate. Buffet breafast delightful and again staff very obliging. Rooms very clean,spacious. twenty-four hour coffee,tea etc just wonderful. So impressed will use Hampton Inns and Suites when traveling through upstate New York.

“Looks like it was just renovated, great deal!”

Hotel is very nice. It looks recently refurbished because the outside of the hotel looks older. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating and you really can't beat the price. It was very easy for us to access downtown Charleston just crossing bridge and find parking on the street. At breakfast it gets really crowded so if you want to avoid scrambling for a table go earlier than the last hour of service.

“Perfect Vacation”

I had stayed at a Hampton before but this one was the best. The king room was set up perfectly. The hot breakfast in the morning was more than I expected. The hotel was in the perfect location to everything. There are many good food establishments in the area. The hotel is in a very quiet area...no road noise.

Best vacation in 35 years. EVERYONE went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant. VERY CLEAN !! Breakfasts were excellent. Always asking if we needed anything. Helped plan our tours, recommended restaurants, etc. Did not want to leave. Can't wait to go back.
