Comfortable accomodations. Hotel offered well stocked continental breakfast. It is not located directly on a major street but off an ajacent side street. This kept road noise to a minimum. WIFI was available at no addtional charge. The signal was strong and steady. The staff was professional and helpful.

“Charleston very nice hotel”

The hotel was very nice over all, but the only problem I had was that my room was next to someone with a pet. I went back to the front desk and recieves another room. My trip was great and I would stay here again.

“Will not return”

Not a good experience. The hotel room was run down and the bathroom needed work. The towels were stained and the couch looked very old and dirty. We were not comfortable in this hotel and had to be refunded for our third night due to loud banging. We will never return to this hotel, I would rather pay more money to hopefully get better quality. The milk at breakfast was warm...gross. Just a bad experience. I will say that the staff were helpful and friendly.

“Dead cockroach in bedroom”

Dead cockroach in bedroom, sticky bathroom floors, plastic wrap over plastic cups in bathroom had holes in it. I have stayed in 2 other hotels at this intersection and this one was the worst. For some reason, it is priced as high and higher than the other two places I have stayed (Country Inn and Hyatt --- Hyatt was the best)

“BAD ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND”

My wife and I checked in on the 13th and that night we kept smelling cigarette smoke and when I went into the bathroom it was really strong it was coming from the room next door we had too keep the exhaust fan in the bathroom running all night to help and the water in the sink had a terrible smell good thing we had some bottle water with us so we could brush our teeth with the bed spread had a big brown stain on it the wall beside the bed had boot marks on it.The next morning we called expedia and told them what was going on and we endednup moving too another room which we had to wait to be cleaned so that messed up our saturday having to wait on the room and then pack everything up and move.
