“Great Location”
Stayed in Hotel 1-8th July 2008. Great Location in centre of town and handy for absolutely everything. Room /shower room very clean but a bit small (think Paris Hotel rooms!) Take Bus from airport to main Bus station - Place de Verdun - ( journey is about 15 minutes) Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Bus station and is well signposted.

Great location, in old town about 100m from th ebeautiful port. Its a basic but clean and friendly hotel which was ideal.

“Noisy downtown hotel”
If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is the place. People partying down below, interesting nevertheless. You see how people live in a big downtown city! Small clean bedroom,with petit dejeuner, which was nice.

Hotel Henri IV is small, and a bit more like a b&b than a hotel, but it sits in the middle of town. It's not spectacular, and it can be noisy, but in terms of a convenient place to sleep as part of an onwards journey, it did the job. The steps are steep, so people who would struggle with these should check as to whether there is a lift.
“Clean and OK for a 2*”
Hotel is clean and in a good location. One previous reviewer mentioned the noise. First on Saturday night even though they were no bars in the square there was noise past 4am, this did not happen other nights. Also between 5am and 6am every day the street cleaning vehicle cleans the streets. I expect this happens throughout the town every day. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was only a very short walk from the old town.
