“Room too small.”

I found the room too small for the price. Also, the continental breakfast selection appeared very limited.

“There was a hole in my mattress!”

Hotel was off the beaten path really nothing around it. They were proud to tell us that they were the oldest "Microtel". When we went to our room we saw what they meant. The mattress was the original one no quilting left horrible shape! When we asked for another room she acted put out that I had rolled down the bedding to check out bed. She said "Now I will have to go make that bed back up" I told her I would do it.Went to our next option and it was marginally better. That night is when I discovered the large hole in the side of the box springs I took a picture and showed to the young man at the desk and he said "Wow that's bad" but offered nothing else. The towels were also original you could almost see thru them All in all it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend the hotel at anyone!!
