“Nice place to stay”

The hotel staff is very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The lady at the check in was really nice and the room was clean and well furnished. It worth the price and I would go back there if I go to Champaign again.

This motel is in a not very attractive neighborhood, but it is fairly well maintained. Nothing fancy, no frills, but bed was comfortable.

I was quite impressed with the overall level of quality and comfort of this motel. I could quibble with this or that little thing but, for the price, more than acceptable in all regards. Good sized room with two queen beds, reasonably quiet location, good parking, responsive management, etc.

Only problem was that the heater smelled "hot" but maintenance got right on it. The whirlpool tub was nice. Close to restaurants and shopping.

“Good price!! OK to stay! Could be better though”

It was a very good price for the football weekend. But, it needs better room maintenace. Carpet, wall and curtain had holes. It could be a much better place to stay if the management could fix those problems.

“Not satisfied at ALL”

I did not expect that much in terms of the quality of the room with very reasonable price; however my experience was worse than EVER I expected esp. with people at the front desk. The hotel should have provided a series of trainings for the staff how to treat guests and run a comfortable business for them. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Non Smoking room had cigarette burns”

While I did not expect 'The Ritz" the fact that my non-smoking room had cigarettee burns on the carpet and in the bathroom, and had a light smell of smoke would indicate that it was not really a non smoking room.
