Pros: Clean hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Mattresses on beds could be a bit firmer
Stayed at this hotel while we were at University of Illinois for Freshman registration.

Pros: Very nice staff
Great location, room was comfortable, clean. However, even though it was a non-smoking room it smelled of cigarettes.

Pros: The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The room was clean.

I was traveling through Champaign from Indiana to Springfield, IL on business. The hotel was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and a late checkout really helped out while I was working on the internet. I would stay there again.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in...we waited about 5 minutes before someone showed up. When calling to inquire about some hotel amenities we were given wrong information.

Charges for potential incedentals

The hotel charged for potential incidentals. I questioned this charge at checkout and was informed it was a formality and it would be removed from my credit card on a few days. 8 days later it is still on my card and will take 13 days before being removed. They are quick to add slow to remove.
