Don't stay at this Country Inn & Suites Posted 30-Nov-2014
We've stayed at Country Inn & Suites in the past and have enjoyed our stays. At this facility, however, our experience was quite disappointing. When we arrived, we have to wait 15 minutes to check in as no one was available, and it was only 6pm. When we got to our room, the room smelled moldy and the bathroom faucet leaked. We were told that there was once a Jacuzzi in the room. I requested a room change and was granted. Our second room was fine. However, cleaning staff came by at 8am the next morning and we were not ready to leave for the day. We asked them to come back later to clean. They said they would do that. When we returned that evening, our room had not been cleaned nor any fresh towels left for us. We called the front desk and told him no one cleaned our room. No apology was provided and we had to ask for clean towels. The towels were provided in a timely manner but not friendly manner. The desk staff acted bothered and made mention that he was the only one available and that he had to leave the front desk unattended in order to deliver our towels. We will not stay at this particular Country Inn & Suites again.
